We purchased an entire set of Kitchen appliances from Ferguson's in Woodland Hills about a year ago. Unfortunately, the dishwasher had an issue about two months out of warranty. Ferguson's intervened on our behalf and was able to have the repair covered by the manufacturer as a sign of good faith. Thank you to their manager Ruben and the Ferguson's company for taking care of and looking out for their customers.Brian M.

We purchased a vanity through a sales rep at Ferguson for our bath remodel and it took them almost 3 months and 7 delivery attempts to finally deliver this to us. The company has serious communication and logistic issues with its internal delivery team. The vanity countertop and sink were shattered when it was first delivered and it took us forever to get them exchanged. The sales rep was rude and impatient. I had to proactively reach out on a daily/weekly basis to have this vanity delivered.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Omar at the showroom he spent hours with me and my client making sure all of our questions were answered and was superiorly knowledgeable about so many Brands and products within both appliances Plumbing fixtures and Lighting. There are so many wonderful products on display and this should definitely be your first stop if you're looking for plumbing appliances Hardware or lighting!! Thank you Omar

Perfect place to go for upscale kitchens and bathrooms. Lots of items on display. Expert help available. Good for getting ideas even if you don't buy. Not for the faint of heart for pricing though, sticker shock abounds.

I needed help with a faucet almost got wrong faucet Chris was amazing on helping me find the correct and was very knowledgeable on what I needed to do and even gave me advice for the future faucet repairs was an amazing but and amazing help thank you so much give that man a raise

My husband and I spent over an hour at Ferguson's today looking for toilets, faucets, sinks, etc. Karman Kavehfar was our showroom consultant and he was terrific. Couldn't have asked for a more informed, helpful, organized person to guide and advice us. We went in not knowing a lot about brands, features and details. Karman explained patiently everything we needed to know. He is the best. I highly recommend him whenever you are shopping for such merchandise. Thank you Karman for all of your help and assistance.

Awesome high end appliances and cabinets/cupboards/bath tubs etc. Fancy pricey stuff. But if that's what you're looking for, you've brutally found the right place. Remodeling? Need help planning/choosing? They have plenty of well trained pple to help with that. For anyone with the need and the budget, highly recommended.

Snooty toots central. I've been in there twice. The receptionists are dismissive and just to ask a 'question' they give you a buzzer which will buzz to let you know when someone is 'available' for your question. Many items are not price marked who h is a big time waster. Do I really have to wait with a buzzer to ask someone how much something is!? While I was waiting for a rep I easily found what I was looking for online , thankfully with another vendor. The second time I popped in with the whole family and was there about 30 mins researching. Not one person greeted us or asked us if we needed anything. Glad I found what we wanted on the showroom floor so I can order it with anyone else.

I work with a development company and we primarily purchase our fixtures and appliances from Ferguson. Over the years I have gotten to know our salesperson, Norma Falk, and with each interaction I appreciate her hard work more and more. Norma is a true asset to Ferguson. She is sharp, knows her trade, and a true pleasure to deal with. Whether it be purchasing for a small or large project, she is always eager to assist and deliver.

At first I experienced good customer service in person when purchasing the items. Once purchased, I experienced poor customer service. It's hard to speak with a live person. If you do, they are NOT at the Showroom, but rather a call center, which refuses to provide the direct line to the showroom, or the representative I was working with, Omar Osario. Omar, has been absolutely impossible to reach telephonically. E-mails and texts go unreturned for days and days. This last attempt to speak with Omar, I waited an entire week with no call back, and unable to leave a voicemail message because the mailbox has been full for 2 weeks. When I finally spoke to Omar, he said the mailbox will always be full because he doesn't believe in checking for messages, or emptying the mailbox. It's simply not their policy. Wow!! So frustrating. I'm not happy anymore. So, apparently, once you leave the showroom -- "Good luck" is all I have to say.

I write this review with a bit of reluctance because I have had both a 5-star experience and a 1-star experience at Ferguson. I went to Ferguson a few years ago to remodel a bathroom and had a tremendous 5-star experience with Omar. He is very knowledgeable about his department and we ended up with a fantastic bathroom. Photos attached. Because of my bathroom experience, I went back to purchase appliances and accessories for my kitchen remodel. I booked with Cory Hacker this time. The experience was a total 180 degrees from the first one. She was great while we were in the showroom but once we left we were totally ghosted. After spending two hours out of our day she never returned phone calls or answered our emails. In fact other than the initial e-mail from her with a few cooking range brochure attachments, following our visit, we have never heard from her again. We finally booked a new session with a different employee but one day before our new appointment we happened upon another appliance store. Fast forward to a casual spur-of-the-moment drop-in visit to another appliance store in Calabasas, (Universal). We were given excellent service and ended up purchasing all our needs that very day. Service was great, the available stock was explained and we have an amazing kitchen. I wonder if Ferguson would be happy to know that they lost $70K in business because one of their employees wouldn't return phone calls or emails.
