From the moment I stepped in I was greeted with a warm welcome, As I was looking around they asked me if I had been helped yet and were super attentive. For context, my uncle recently passed away, and I was given the task of creating images for his funeral service and not only did they give me great customer service, but they were so accommodating and Empathetic during these hard times for me and my family. Karen helped me pick out sizes and initiated the prints and Walter went above and beyond making sure that I was satisfied with the final product. To be able to help me during a life event like this I truly appreciated their service.

I had a tax emergency and really needed to print a form. So I went to this location and despite my rushing, arrived at 3 minutes till close. The lady working there was nice and wanted to help, but the guy was trying to push me out the door as soon as I got there, telling me they were closing soon.. He directed me to Staples and Office Depot , saying they were open, but they were both closed.

On 2/29/24, I was fortunate Karen helped me processed two international FedEx packages before closing time. I was frazzled but Karen was very patient and did not made me feel rushed. Karen was supposed to clock out to go home but she diligently stayed and finished inputting all the required information. Karen went above and beyond her duties for being thorough and assured me everything is going to be Ok. Today 3/07/24, I received confirmation that the 2 urgent packages were received timely.
Kudos to Karen's excellent customer service - thank you??

I came into the store today very distracted and just trying to get things off my to do list. I wasn’t really present. There was a gentleman named Ivory who helped me out even though I was halfway there. This review is all about the interaction I had with Ivory. He was patient, never got upset even though I was on my phone the whole time, and was professional the whole time. Can’t speak much about the location, but Ivory is a grade A guy. Being a Memphis a guy I love FedEx, but guys like ivory will keep me coming back to this location.

I’ve been coming to this Kinkos for years but just recently ran inside to print something and asked a simple question to a employee there named Jason and he was very cold and rude and made me feel like I was bothering him. I will never go back to this Kinkos ever again! Customer Service has definitely gone down hill.

Never coming to this fedex location again. Horrible customer service. They (jacob and his minion) Couldn’t look up my corporate account so forced me to pay out of pocket. He upsold me to a new box because my existing box had a small tear (easily taped up). After all of this When I asked the employee nicely to dispose of my “damaged” box he denied it sayings it’s not our responsibility to take your old boxes. I am beyond surprised as to how fedex implements their “policies”.

I tried to use my FedEx account to ship something and the employee said their FedEx interface system doesn’t work 80% of the time, so I couldn’t use my FedEx account and could only pay out of pocket. What the hell is the point of having a FedEx account with them if you can’t use it 80% of the time? And if their interface isn’t working 80% of the time, I’m extremely concerned for how this business is even operating, and suspect they will go bankrupt soon. No wonder they’re so inefficient, nobody is even working 80% of the time

Great Experience
I wanted to ship a package and as soon as I entered, a nice lady, named Sara, welcomed me and helped me right a away, offered me a perfect box for my fragile shipment and did the shipment for me, I couldn’t be happier. FedEx should be proud of you Sara!

Worst place! Worst service! FedEx brought me a damaged package and I came to return this, but the didn’t accept because the package is damaged. They likes to charge me for reboxing almost $20.

If you need fedex this is the place for you. Since they are willing to help. Mgmt offers help. That’s good customer service
