I’ve never written a review before but my experience yesterday at this location was so disgusting and unprofessional that I feel it is only right to let other people be aware of what comes with going to this business.
I went to get three passport pictures for my two girlfriends and I. When entering and going to the counter, the short, Hispanic man aggressively threw his finger in my face and told me he’d be with me in a few minutes. This was unnecessary. We finally get greeted with disgusting looks from the purple haired, black woman who then takes us to the photo area and proceeds to tell us, “stop making that face, can we get this over with already.”
MEANWHILE… they have two younger “highschool” girls (who claim they don’t work there) laughing at you while you take your photo in the corner. I’ve never felt so disrespected by employees in my whole life, let alone in Calabasas. This is disgusting behavior. After finally getting back up to the front desk to pay and get our photos, the purple haired woman then continues to tell my two girlfriends that there pictures came out bad and ugly. All of the employees here don’t deserve there job and I will be getting in contact with the higher managing department about all of them. Do not go here. Do not bring your children. Do not do business with them.

I went here a few months ago to send something, and the purple-haired thing at the counter couldn’t have been more unfriendly, rude and less helpful if it had tried. Miserable experience. I was just reminded to post something as I unfortunately have something to send via FedEx, but will be driving further away in order to avoid this one at all cost.

very nice staff but absolutely absurd new payment policy for scanning. it’s honestly stupid and assumes i have unlimited money to waste on scanning documents for goodness sake. i will be taking my business elsewhere

Denise is the best!! So helpful so happy. My best experience at FedEx after years on doing business there. She was a smiling face. I took the time to leave this review because Denise went above and beyond took her time and explained everything. I had a lot of questions and she made me feel very comfortable. Thank you so much for the great experience!

This is by far the worst location. Not once was I able to ship my packages without an issue. Never have problems anywhere else. Avoid at all costs!!!

If you need fedex work go to the one on ventura Blvd. This store didn’t help out. Treated me rudely for just asking if I could tape the package in the store. Nadia said no She treated me rudely. I will never go back to this store. A service agent needs to be cheerful happy and positive attitude. She was just negative ,nasty and revengeful

There absolutely no logic, every single time I go to this location employees create problems that could be easily resolved and the issues they come up with make no sense?? Service front desk Denise was rude and unhelpful.

Long lines and long waiting time for anything. They do have people behind the counter doing other stuff but it seems that there's only either 1 or 2 cashiers. Especially in a holiday season, they need to open up more service people to get the line going. This is not the first time. It's been like this for a while. Service is the worst.
