My representative was AMAZING. It was only the lack of understanding of essentially how things work. I brought a random box and it had battery info on it so I had to pay for another box. There was a guy who was trying to use the desktop and couldn't as the internet. Another guy couldn't get a receipt. Again I the person helping me was perfect.

I dislike leaving bad reviews because at this point it has nothing to do with the staff. I'm more annoyed at the fact that these damn maps say places are open when they are not. Please correct this, as it's ridiculous that in this day and age we cannot figure when places are open or closed.

The employee working the evening shift on thursday gives Fedex a bad rep.This location says that they are supposed to close at 9pm. I arrived at 8:43pm and it was urgent that I ship my package out. They tell turn me away saying they close at 8:45. The manager or yet the DM of this location should be asking questions as to why they are CLOSING THE STORE BEFORE THE TIME IT SAYS ONLINE. FedEx either needs to update the time online or stop hiring employees that don't want to work.
