I was looking for a place to get my haircut after 15 years of using the same stylist. I've done some online research and found this location to be convenient. I met Jaime and had her cut my hair for the first time. She was very pleasant, warm and did a great job shampooing my hair. She took her time and did not rush me along. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair styled and she did a phenomenal job in getting me what I want. I would highly recommend Jaime. I think I found a place to come to for the next 15 years. The only thing that I would hope for is that Fantastic Sams would actually take appointments rather than only walk-ins.

This was the worst haircut I've gotten since I was a child. I didn't even get the stylists name but I can't imagine she has any experience cutting hair. Her hands were shaking the entire time and I felt incredibly unsafe during the process. There was no attention paid to my comfort or safety, nor to the cleanliness pre or post haircut. I left the salon covered in hair trimmings. She seemed more interested in getting me out of there than giving me anything resembling an acceptable haircut. She didn't even ask if I wanted product in my hair before I left. Was today the first time she's held a pair of scissors? I've had ok experiences with Fantastic Sams in the past, even good experiences, but today made me realize I will never go back to any Fantastic Sams location ever again. If this is the type of service I'll be receiving I'd rather put my head into a blender. My hair would look better than it does now.

Mahnaz is awesome! She made me feel really comfortable and gave me the best hair cut I have had in a really long time. Believe it or not, her work made me excited for my next hair cut. Never thought I'de say that! Coming back here

Mahnaz gave me the best haircut I've received in two years, for $20. Had been procrastinating because I didn't feel like finding a new salon but on a whim pulled over on the way home from work because I was in dire need of a chop. Mahnaz took off about 3 inches and added volume and face framing layers. Quick, easy, friendly and talented.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience the two times we came here. They were very thorough and took their time to make sure we were happy with our cuts. One of the better haircuts I've had! Will be coming back.

TARA IS AMAZING! I needed a haircut and blow dry and I trusted Tara and she was the only one available. I took a deep breath and told her what I wanted. She cut my hair and blow dried it so beautifully! Highly recommend her!!!

This place is truly *fantastic* and the reason being JAIME. The woman knows how to cut hair! -- My husband and I had been going to a salon in WLA for years, paying $55-$65/each for a haircut. I've always thought that with things such as haircuts - you get what you pay for. Well, thanks to Jaime's years of experience and expertise, you get a lot more than you pay for at this Fantastic Sam's, with each visit only running you around $18. She did such a great job on my husband's stylized haircut that 2 weeks later we took our 2 kids in for haircuts, as well as myself. Her accent is a charming part of her friendly personality, and my kids thought she was just wonderful. 5 stars from us!
