Horrible experience starting at the door. I asked the price for the haircut and she said $23.00 when the window it says $20.00. I ask why the difference and she say it’s for men haircut. And it doesn’t say for men it says for any length. And the lady that I got just glanced at the picture I showed her and didn’t check back to see if she did a good job.i didn’t want to blow my hair and my hair is curly so I couldn’t see if it was right.so I did my hair at home and a big NO my haircut does not look like the picture at all. On side is longer than the other. I’m so mad but hair grows back but she will not be getting my business back. ????????

Took the grandchild for a haircut. The stylist (we happened to get) seemed to lack the knowledge and/or understanding of how to blend in a simple boys haircut. She was confused and appeared to be completely out of her comfort zone. She left hair uneven. We had to clean up the haircut at home.
Kids cut cost $25.00 with a $5 off special. It's a shame to be paying such high prices for something you'll have to fix yourself. Otherwise, short wait time.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted, setting the tone for a fantastic visit. I requested a cut with layers, and not only did I get exactly what I wanted but the stylist exceeded my expectations. What's even better is their unbeatable pricing in the area, making it a win-win situation. After being a loyal client for 3 years, I can confidently say this salon consistently provides exceptional service and results. Five stars without a doubt!

It's a solid little place for a quick cheap haircut (in my case) $20 plus tip. It works for me. People are very nice and today I had Rose and she was a sweetheart. 15 minues and I'm done. See you next time!

I'm giving this place 5 stars in hopes that it'll help boost the algorithm and their popularity. Okay so, this is a chain hair salon. When you live in a place like Los Angeles, EVERYthing is overpriced and expensive. But at a place like Fantastic Sams, you don't get ripped off. You get what you pay for and maybe even a little more. I normally go to the Studio City location. Which I also like. But I was in Woodland Hills the other day and really needed new color. I didn't get a cut, so I can't speak on that. But I walked in and was almost immediately sat in a chair. It was a slow day it seemed, but both women working were very nice. When I sat in the chair I said I needed a refresh on my red. I needed more vibrancy. This is the only thing I'll say that's even slightly negative... is that my stylist brought out the colors they had. But then gave no advice on which I should choose. If I should mix. Etc. I gave photos for reference. No opinion. I feel like she hadn't really done red before. Either way, I luckily have been red for a couple years. So I knew which colors to choose. She was super gentle with my scalp (it's really sensitive and I have thinning hair). We chatted the whole time about life and things. She asked if I needed water. And she kept the dye on for the perfect amount of time. She washed it out with her favorite shampoo and conditioner. Which smelled amazing. And I'm really pleased with the way the color came out. I have to get a trim next time. So we'll see how that goes. But also, I was quoted a certain price. And when I paid cash she lowered it. The best ending to an already great experience. Again, this place isn't fancy. It's not high end. But if you're on a budget and need something easy, this is the place to go!

Samira did a great job coloring my overgrown blonde, bleached hair in one try. She also fixed my hair by evening out my previous haircut that another salon terribly cut wrong.

Had the worst cut ever. Did not even ask me and cut my hair so short that I literally had to wear cap to hid the cut. Also did not accept the official coupon that I had.

This place not to return terrible personal experience hairdresser name Roxy she tried to rip me off on the window was advertised written 20 dollars any length when I entered to confirm the price she said 23 dollars I said why she started attitude postures gestures she asked upfront pay I answered you didn't finish the job yet how awful person something was wrong with this person this was the manager even worse role model to other employees she didn't provide to me receipt which I asked for never ever I enter this place

I went there one other time prior to my visit today . I WILL NOT BE RETURNING and I will be filing a lawsuit for my 225.00 ! I got highlights and A BLOW DRY . No flat iron no nothing !!!!! When I called this morning she told me the price would be 95 total . My first visit I only paid 45 and I got a wash , trim and flat iron. The place literally false advertises prices ! She put toner in my hair WHICH I DIDNT ASK FOR AND CHARGED ME FOR THAT !!!!!! She also charged me 50 dollars for something I DIDNT ASK FOR !!!!!!!!!!!! Which was dark color on my ends . I am very disappointed because I actually liked this place !!!!! I also paid cash and she gave me a paper receipt with her hand writing ! I absolutely love the color and that’s it . I was overcharged and I’ll never return that was gross !
