I'm writing this as soon they are finishing up my nails. As I sat down to get a pedicure and they turned the water on, a cockroach climbed out where the water comes out and the woman rinsed it down the drain so I wouldn't see it. After that she started using tools that weren't even sanitized. It had dead skin on it from another customer, she just wiped it off and used it on me. Which they also did to my mom while getting a manicure. They do not put enough nail polish on the nails. They only put it on the center and leave the sides completely empty with just top coat. They had orginally told us $35 for my pedicure and $30 for my moms manicure so 65 in total but the employees ended up arguing in front of us and charged us an extra $5. They rushed us to pay before we were even done doing our nails. The woman who was doing my moms nails also was rushing to get them done and would tugg on her hands. It is a really dirty place and it has no customers for a reason. Save your money. Do not recommend.

Kim is great every time she is very nice and professional and always makes me look and feel pretty !! My nails never looked and feel better since Kim does them !! They look and feel healthy and I am so thankful I have fibromyalgia she is very gentle and makes me always comfortable!! Thank you so much Kim and Lu Lu too !! Very nice and clean there !!

I should have read the reviews before going. My sister and I took my daughters and my nieces on Monday for back to school GEL manicures - they were so excited, and 3 days later , their nails started falling off unheard of! and on 4 different girls? To start of, they were understaffed, rushed to finish and messy. Obviously I called and asked if i can bring the girls back to fix their nails and the owners answer was NO. Are you kidding me? never going back. horrible customer service. waste of money disappointing! Thanks to Yelp, I can warn others!

Staff did a fabulous job on us. Made a last minute appointment for my two granddaughters and I for mani-pedi for July 4th holiday. We did a red/white/blue theme. It turned out fabulous.

Famous Nails is an absolutely fantastic place to get your nails done with top-notch quality. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, and what impresses me the most is the hard work put in by the owner and staff. They are dedicated to making their customers happy and go the extra mile to ensure a satisfying experience. I don't understand the other negative reviews because my time here has been completely exceptional. I highly recommend giving Famous Nails a try; you won't be disappointed!

I went for an oil manicure and have been there before. This place is near Starbucks and across from Nordstrom's rack on Victory and Canoga Ave in Woodland Hills, Ca. I asked for an oil manicure, nothing else. The girl was one I hadn't seen before...at the end, she started to massage my hands and arms. I have Arthritis in my hands and it hurt. I asked her to stop, I didn't want a massage, but she wouldn't stop, just ignored me. I paid and when she brought back the receipt, she said I didn't have to sign it and it was folded in half so I couldn't see the price. I told her to open the ticket and it said $30.00, instead of 20.00. I said I didn't ask for a massage, let me talk to your owner. She left and came back with 10.00. I didn't give her a tip and said I wouldn't be back. What a nerve, I recommend no one goes there, and I certainly won't. The oil manicure said 20.00 on the price board, this is down right stealing.

Come here sometimes with my girl. The staff is friendly, and the prices are very fair for the area. They are a clean facility, and I appreciate the patients that they take when helping out.

Came here because my normal place was busy. Got right in which was nice. The pedicure was cool nothing special . I got a full set and I honestly hated it,but I just took the L because I had to fly out in a few hours. It's been a little over a week and my pinky nails are both lifting Safe to say I wont be coming back. 2 stars because customer service was decent.
