The first car wash stall I was in and paid for the equipment didn't work. I had to switch stalls and pay again which was very aggravating. Of course, there was absolutely no employees in sight to help me get the stall i was originally using working or to credit the amount I had paid to a working stall. So yeah paying pretty much twice the regular price to wash my car wasn't the highlight of my day. I'll be willing to change my review if this issue is resolved. I was at the car wash on August 13th around 4:45-5:00 in a white Mercedes blonde girl.

was mid wash when power went out. no number no nothing to figure out whats going on now i have to drive my car with soap all over it to another wash and hope it doesnt dry on me.. awesome

Good overall, only 8 bucks for 11 minutes of wash time. And after they never rush you when drying/cleaning your car.

I usually frequent here to wash my car and never have any issues. But today I went to wash my car and use the change machine where I put a ten dollar bill in and didn’t get my exact change back. I saw the number on the machine to call if there any issues, took a picture of it, and went to look for a staff member just incase which there was no one to be found. After about an hour of me still being there a worker finally pulls in. I told him the situation and we walked over to the machine, he then proceeds to tell me multiple times that I didn’t put a ten dollar bill in there and that he would check the cameras. After going back and forth for a bit I agreed and asked for him to check the cameras because I was a bit taken aback and offended that he would try to accuse me to trying to take money or whatever the case may be. Once I asked for him to check the cameras like he stated he then proceeded to tell me to just call the number on the machine and left the premises after the whole interaction.

This place is an eyesore. Management is there to collect coins. Other than that , no one is around on a consistent basis. Trash is often illegally dumped, and management couldn't careless. Time to sell or get out of coin-operated business.

I have lived in this area for over 40 years. I have used this car wash for about 30 years. This car wash location has deteriorated drastically over the last few years (despite adding silly things like air dryer). The machines do not work well. Barely any soap or wax. Today was the last straw. It took my $5 after that I tried to use the machine. The water pressure was low, no soap, no wax and no other function except a slow stream of water. I called numerous times the 1 800 number they provide for issues. No one answers, no call backs. I will never come back here again. I will also tell all my family and friends to NEVER cone here. They stole my money. This location needs new ownership. Do not waste your time or money here.

Good self-service wash. Drying not great, so bring a towel for your car. Has vacuuming and all stations accept credit cards.

Very old, outdated and broken equipment.Some goes and holes in them and sprayed everywhere.The wheel to select the mode was trash. I had coins but I honestly don’t even know how to make change.Quite overpriced for the service. Get your car in a automatic washer, it will do the same job.

Dont know what happened here but last time was a mess.
The spinner to change modes didnt work properly.
The soft brush soap barely gave out any soup at all.
High power and rinse free wash both had soaps in them.
Worst part is I used a card and I was done much earlier than the given time but the `STOP` mode didnt work so it charged me $4 extra.
I dont know who owns this place but they need to maintain/check the equipments more often
