Horrible in store experience both staff on duty could care less about helping people. Hire employees that want to help people or at least pretend to care. I'll stick with Sherman Oaks location great staff!!

Jacqueline/Jacky is perhaps the worst store manager I’ve ever dealt with. When I came in today she greeted me with a smile, however as soon as I informed her I needed to exchange a shirt and shorts she immediately turned serious and annoyed. She tried to deny both my exchanges stating my new shirt was past 90days (that was lie) it was still within that time period and then she said the shorts were worn since the tag was wrinkly (the shorts are brand new) the tag was like that like that when I bought it. She was forced to exchange my shirt (since it was within 90days) but denied the exchange of the brand new shorts. I was adamant that the shorts are new, showed receipt and she still denied it. I told her to make an exception and she gave me a hard time, she had a bad attitude and was rude when denying the exchange. If you ever shop at the Woodland Hills Fabletics stay away from Jaqueline (store manager) she’s mean and only cares about sells, not the customer. I’m a VIP member and definitely wouldn’t recommend shopping there due to her.

Got a great pair of shorts ,Was frustrated when they changed my credit card 3 weeks after I got my shorts $60.00 USD for a “VIP Account “That I didn’t authorize.

First time here and it was a pleasant experience. Helpful customer service and good workout clothes. It’s also in at the Village so it’s convenient as I like to go there for many other things.

I came last year to purchase my first set of workout gear I had the most amazing experience, I came back today to get more leggings and take advantage of the amazing deals and the experience was even better. The ladies at work here are absolutely amazing. Best customer service ever there beyond friendly and so helpful. The store always looks amazing. They're constantly keeping it looking fresh. Everything is always folded nicely. Thank you so much for the amazing experience. I will continue to come back and purchase these amazing products.

I spoke to Fabletics about a refund of my membership. I was told that I could get a refund of membership credit via card for January 2023, but my two previous credits would have to be sent via check, due to them being used in a previous purchase. (I sent the clothes back) FOUR TO SIX WEEKS was how long this would take. I was transferred to multiple people and no one had the authority to refund my credit card. Very disappointed with the service given by the floor manager, Ivan, and his team. I will never purchase from Fabletics again. Plenty of other companies out there with more realistic refund programs. Not worth your time. I ran this review by Ivan as he was on the phone as I wrote it. Very disappointed.

Gina is amazing and so is Josh Haelee are all amazing. I was able to use my credit, and am so happy with Fabletics! I redeemed to all my friend especially this store or Scottsdale. Thank you so much so happy with my purchase!

It's my first time to walk in at a Fabletics store. The space was neat and bright. But the one thing that stood out during my visit was that Joshua greeted me and asked if I need anything. He was patient with me and listened attentively to my needs. He was calm, professional and very courteous. I wish everyone who works in retail will be like him. Thank you Joshua for your kind assistance. I appreciate what you do. And I'm sure a lot of people too! Please pass this along to Joshua- Manager.

This place has to be the most disgusting place. I can't believe the employees have the audacity to body shame people. That is such foul behavior. And if I could give y'all zero stars I would. Don't waste your money here.

Inconsiderate and rude sales rep. You do not need to look at a customer and say "oh we have limited sizing", ok and? What's your point? Uncalled for and flat out disgusting. Hopefully the store trains staff better, all were great except that one sales rep, how are your brand promoting inclusive sizing and then proceed to make the customer feel like s*** for the exact reason.

I had to leave Jennifer an outstanding review. She is one of the most helpful and happy associates I have ever met. She was getting me things in the fitting room and Helping me do a complicated exchange and so much more all so quickly and Friendly. She was very knowledgeable too. Promote her or give her a raise or whatever because she is incredible!!!!!! The whole crew was!!
