I had two appointments here so far and both visits were extremely underwhelming and not worth the price tag. The first was a simple haircut - I requested to take length off and to get framing layers in the front and also throughout for volume. Left the appointment with practically a single layer and uneven result that was anything but flattering for my face shape. I decided to give this place another shot, preferably with a different stylist. I wanted to dye my hair over what that was growing out of box dye. I wanted single color, just a few tones lighter (medium brown). The stylist recommended subtle highlights against a darker base color. On this occasion, I also specifically prioritized gray coverage but left the appointment only to find none of my grays were covered. I had to schedule a follow-up to fix that. Again, on my drive back... noticed several visible grays all over. Super frustrating considering the time and money spent. Besides this, the color/highlighted areas are lackluster and you can still see patches of my old box dyed color throughout. It's definitely not the work of an expert. Not sure if I should've specifically requested Louisa as she sounds like she listens to people and so many clients only go to her. I don't mind paying higher prices to see a true professional who will really listen to me and check their work prior to me leaving.

GO TO ROBERT REYES He is the Brow Guru in the salon! He does the best brows anything you need tint shape , Microblading, all of it ! And he is the best personality so warming to be around!!!

Just got my haircut, and Louisa did such an amazing job! Not only is she a fantastic hairdresser, but she is also such a kind and intelligent woman with great insight about life! I am so glad I found her and look forward to continuing to go to her for my haircuts!

Louisa is my absolute favorite hair stylist. She's been doing my hair for years now. Even when she moved out of state, she still came back every month and took care of her clients in LA. I moved away to Boston 3 years ago and have tried to find someone who could match how good she is at finding the best color for my face and skin tone, but with no luck. Recently I had a botched color job that completely washed me out and looked bad for my skin. I was coming to LA to visit family for thanksgiving and immediately reached out to Louisa to see if she could fit me in to fix it. She managed to fit me in on such short notice and did a fantastic job! I'm so so happy with Louisa and will definitely be coming back again, even after such a long break.

I only visited as a guest of my friend, who was having her hair and makeup done for her birthday, but I saw how the crew treats their clients and also chatted with them a bit while I was waiting and I can say they are truly a friendly and professional group of artists. I'm not really a makeup person, but I would totally reconsider and come back here the next time I'm in LA just because of the employees. I felt very welcomed even though I wasn't getting anything done. Thank you!!

Best salon! I go to Robert for my eyebrows and Jessica for my nails. Both are so amazing. Robert is the BEST in the business, seriously. I look forward to getting my brows laminated every 6-8 weeks. If you're looking for someone skilled in microblading/lamination/tinting, he's your guy!

Always love going to see Robert Reyes at the salon to get my microblading done on my brows. I have been seeing Robert for over eight years and every single time he works his magic. He is kind, gentle, caring, and fun! He makes you feel so comfortable and takes care of any and all needs you may have while there.
