I was supposed to drop of my car for oil change, but my ride unable to make it. Shawn not only offered me to a ride to mall nearby, but also to change the oil himself to decrease waiting time. What great customer service!

This has been a great auto repair shop. Shawn is fair and knows his stuff. We've been bringing our 2016 Honda Odyssey here for warranty work and they've expedited it when we've needed it. He also is able to look ahead to see what kind of issues might arise in the future so we can stay on top of it. Highly recommend!

I always come here to get whatever I need fixed for my FIAT and VERY affordable. Sean is so honest and hard working that he tries his hardest to get it done that same day! I can’t see myself going anywhere else but at @EuropeanAutoWorks . They always have me leaving with my car better than it came in! The staff are all so friendly and very easy to communicate with. Came here cause I saw great reviews and those reviews don't lie! Been coming here for 4yrs now and they NEVER disappoint!!! Anytime I need something done, they are right on it and fixed better than it came in! Sean is so helpful and very easy to talk to! He is your guy if you have any issues, please come here and ask for him! He gets the job done!

I really wanted to leave a review because I liked the interaction I had on the phone with the gentleman Sean who is very nice and it really just made me feel comfortable dropping my car off there. I haven’t even been to the shop yet, but I can tell this is going to be the place I come for all my repairs just based on the way the phone call went. What a good shop!

I just want to say a big thank you to Shawn! I was referred to Shawn by Carmax because they were too busy. I had a trunk that wasn't opening. Despite not having availability, Shawn was kind enough to take a look and simply fixed with a switch that was locking it! He saved so much time and money for me. Thank you Shawn!!!

Drop off my 2017 gti this morning because of weird clunking sound on the rear both side. Shawn and his men did great. Found out that the sway bar was loose. And he charged me nothing!
