Needed a banner on short notice for my nonprofit and Michael at discount printing worked with me and responded fast to my questions. They did a great job with the banner I would 10/10 use them again.

Looked at many places in this area to print 30+ booklets. After getting multiple estimates for the job, Discount Printing had the best price by a mile. Decided to give it a try, and it did a excellent job. Good service, good quality, timely and professional. I came back for a few other jobs after that, and will continue using this service. Highly recommend

Helped me print when I was in a jam! Street parking fairly easy to find. I parked right in front. I had a LOT of pages to print and it was no problem. Staff was helpful and nice. Thanks Discount Printing

Spoke to Michael on the phone regarding getting prints made. He instructed me to send him an email and he would get back to me with an estimate. Never returned my email or got a call from him.

Michael has been very helpful and patient with my Auntie providing her with an excellent design. Very happy with the product. Also I recently got back in touch with him to retrieve a document, he provided it immediately with no charge. This shows that Michael looks after his previous customers. 10/10 customer service

Took time out of my day to come to discount printing because I looked at the reviews and thought well maybe he's pretty good. He's full of baloney!!! Told me, he call me back after a visit in his store and would give me a quote in 10 minutes, ok never heard from call the second time he picked up the phone oh yeah sorry sorry call you back in 10 minutes- "never called back. This is not the kind a printer I want doing any of my work. Promises things and doesn't follow through very disappointed, which I also phoned him and told him myself so this review should be no surprise.
