Started a complete house remodel and our designer took us to Delightville. Purchased 10k on an initial order that was delivered and installed without any issues. Made a second order for $4300 and did not like the fixtures once we looked at them on our home. Their installer took them back to the store. Our designer went to the store and said Wendi threw a fit because we returned the fixtures and said we were no longer welcome in their store.WOW!!!We knew there was a 30% restocking fee and that we had to pay for the return freight. We called Wendi and asked how much our refund would be and she said that she needed to get an estimate for the return freight and would let us know. After a couple of weeks we still hadn’t heard on the amount of our refund. We called Wendi she said she still didn’t have an estimated for shipping.After another couple of weeks we called and she finally had a shipping amount.We asked for a credit to be issued for the original amount less the restocking fee and return shipping fee and she told us she wouldn’t issue us a credit until she received the credit from the companyAfter THREE months of waiting and a number of calls Mike said they were going to issue the credit. He sent us an email with a summary of the amount of the credit and a copy of the refund transaction.The amount of the refund after the restocking fee and the return delivery charged was incorrect. Keep in mind that we never disputed any of their ridiculously high fees.Not only was the credit amount incorrect but when they processed the credit they gave the credit to a different customer.We called them and told them the amount was wrong and that we never received the credit to our account. They made us feel like criminals.Called back again and they recognized they had issued the credit to the wrong customer.We finally went to the store which we were no longer allowed to purchase from and got the correct refundThe restocking fee they charged us was 30%. I looked up the vendor we purchased the fixtures from and their restocking fee was 15%. So now they are making money on the restocking fee and we wouldn’t be surprised if they did the same on the return shipping fee.I was an executive in the retail business for 38 years. If anyone in my organization treated a customer that just spent 10k in my store the way we were treated at Delightville they would no longer be working in my companyThis place is nothing less than a total disaster.

I'm still in shock over this store. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I returned a fixture that was not even opened and was taken back by their installer. I wanted to order a different light fixture twice as much money and I can't get them to respond to my phone calls to order it or give me a credit to apply to the new fixture. I couldn't figure out why this was happening but after reading the reviews I think I understand. Such a disappointment.

Today I just had installed a beautiful chandelier that I purchased from Delightville. in Woodland Hills. The name is quite appropriate not only because of the beautiful light fixtures they display, but what is particularly remarkable is the care, patience, and expertise that Wendi and Mike provide so delightfully to their customers. Of particular note is also the the precision of their installer,Johnny, who carefully and skillfully installed the chandelier. A very big thank you. Sheila K

Mike has been a fantastic help in ordering and choosing specific pieces for our home rebuild. I have used a variety of online lighting sources and they are able to match things that I have sourced on my own. Mike has come to the property to give us some input and I appreciate his experience and knowledge. The showroom is lovely and they have access to any lighting needed. Highly recommend this business and we will be using them for future pieces and for his expert knowledge.

Horrible customer service. Won't take returns on faulty merchandise. I purchased a ceiling fan less then a month ago and had a licensed electrician try to install it however it absolutely would not work. When I called to inquire what the store's return policy is, the owner kept insisting I call the company that makes it. After politely explaining our project needed to be complete and I don't have another month to obtain a replacement, the owner kept dodging my original question. He asked that my husband and the electrician call him to problem solve. I said that I would but needed to know the return policy. Finally after ten minutes of back and forth, he told me they would charge a 30% restocking fee for something that was not my fault. My husband did end up calling and the owner who just asked him to contact the manufacturer once again. Didn't have a solution at all. So basically a product I purchased at their store doesn't work and I lose money. Never coming here again.

I purchased a light fixture which I waited approximately 2 months to receive. My electrician hung the light and left. I kept looking at the light noticing something looked off. I then figured out I was sent the wrong color. I went into the store and told Mike the owner my issue. He said to bring it in after my electrician removes it and he would order me a new one. I went back with the fixture without the original box since it was discarded. Mike then told me he would have get in touch with the company rep. Mike's wife the co- owner muttered under her breathe that they would get get stuck with the light. Mike never followed through as he said he would and I had to repeatedly contact him. I was patient and understanding until my call went unanswered. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. Only when Mike got notice from the CC company, did I get a call to bring back the light in for a refund. I was not acknowledged when I walked into the store. Mike stated he would not be reordering for me. I told him this is the worst customer service I have ever had. Here I tried to give a neighborhood store my business. What a disappointment since I had so much more light fixtures to order for the house I had just moved into.

First, I really try to support small local businesses as I have one myself. I went in yesterday with a small lamp and a detached shade to another lamp and Wendy immediately said hello and then said she hoped I wasn't looking for lamp shades as they do not sell them. I then just moved on to discuss my repair of my small vintage lamp. She took it to the back where her husband was and quoted me $45. Perhaps my mistake, but I said that I had gotten a verbal quote for about $25 and at that point, she said that I should take it to that person. It got worse from there. She then said that she would need to order the part which could take awhile, and that her repair guy was slow and they were backed up. She then said she was being completely honest withe me but I'm pretty sure at that point she just didn't want my business. A shame as I had another repair I showed her on my phone as well and she said she would not even want to get involved in the other lamp. I am hoping that from all the great reviews that this is a great place to purchase new lamps but anything else like a repair of a vintage lamp like I have is just not their thing.

Mike was so super helpful. I had an old tech lighting fixture that needed a few parts. It was a pretty small order, but he took the time to get me what I needed. After replacing the new inner shade, the glass shade strangely cracked again and so he replaced it this time for free. I took the new pendant shade home to string back onto the pendant cable, but I found it impossible to thread it back on. I called Mike and he said to bring it in so I brought all the parts back and he got everything in order for me at the store and didn't charge me at all. And I know it took at least a few hours of labor. Thank you so much!!!!
