The Ventura blvd CVS is my pharmacy of choice. The team members have been very nice to my entire family and the pharmacists are well informed. Even if there is a line, rarely does it feel like things are out of control. The parking is a little scary, but I will take it over the Mulholland branch, which is closer to me, any day.

As far as I'm concerned, do not I repeat do not use the CVS they're incompetent. They have no compassion no sympathy their irrational remember this name Dr. Sylvia she played games back-and-forth back-and-forth with a very serious medication after approving, it!! she's incompetent, narcissistic and flat out, unqualified for the job, and should be fired immediately!! I wish they had an option on the app where you could give negative stars because they would definitely get infinite amount of stars!!

Pharmacy was closed mid day. Yesterday I sat in line for about 15 minutes on my way behind 4 cars to only come to the window for whoever was working to close to blinds and put up a lunch sign. This is completely unacceptable. Employees should be rotating lunch and not just shut down the pharmacy completely. Also, shouldn't someone maybe inform the cars in line that they will be closing for lunch so they can move on with there day and make them wait in line just to be told they have to wait another 30 minutes for them to get off lunch. That just doesn't seem. You guys need to do better.

Some of the items are out of stock, some items are shown online to be present at the location but not available to pick up at the store.

Since Wal-Marts have been raising their standards, I've discovered the new favorite for all the crazies - CVS stores.Hey, and thanks for refusing to use your registers and making everyone purchase their goods on 2 barely working new automated registers while the line doubled. You do know, CVS, that stores with automated registers still have people at registers too, right? That's the model that works idiots. NOT full automatic registers in a store suddenly filled with crazy ex-Wal-Mart shoppers. And don't get me started on the visually declining upkeep/maintenance of facilities and lack of sanitary conditions I've been seeing at almost ALL locations. Yikes.I've started going to Rite Aids because of the bizarre nightmare going on with this chain. Thanks for reading, I feel better.

I took 3 days to get blood pressure meds, they don't follow through, then Pharmacist took more then 24 hours to fill after phone call. I called 4pm told her I'd get at 7pm, I Get there THEY CLOSED EARLY , short staff , BS. next day I'm here 930am not ready. They don't GIVE A PHUK. The refill REQUEST THEY SENT TO DR GET ERROR MESSAGES AND THEY LET IT SIT. Don't call. Don't manually fax until I called! They have a rude lady working there too besides lazy pharmacist. My BP 150/99 as I wait now. Look at the 2 stars! DISTRICT MANAGERS WHATS UP!?

The pharmacist, Karen Mark or whatever his name is, behaves like an arrogant p***** You’re a pharmacist, so get off your high horse and learn some customer service skills! The worst customer service experience at a CVS pharmacy.

Recently diagnosed and needed a monitor. When it was ready I asked how to use it. The Pharmacist on duty simply said look it up on YouTube and walked away. Well ok, I can do that, thank you for your help. Requested the next monitor as the current one only lasts 14 days they said they were out and pointed me to another CVS. I called to request the prescription transferred and they said I couldn't have it as the ones they had were for their customers. I was told to call around to find one.I am pretty disgusted with CVS as a whole. I have transferred all my prescriptions to another Pharmacy. I won't be going back to CVS anytime soon.

CVS Woodland Hills on Victory and Royer. This is the worst pharmacy and store I have ever been to. Very unprofessional, rude employees. I went there to pick up a prescription for my son. One guy was about to help me with my order and while waiting for him to open the register he told me to go to the other side for another employee to help me without telling me what was wrong. The other employee ,Melissa, looked at me like It was my fault she had to work that day. Very unprofessional and rude, got the two items and dropped them on the floor not once but twice, totally negligent. I told her that the items should be handled with care, there is a small needle inside. She looked at me and said, "What is your problem? You don't like it?" Then she just threw the items on the counter. I told her that was not appropriate customer service and she went on and on showing her true redness. The there employee the finally closed my transaction told me, "Shut and watch your mouth." That was in a threatening tone. I asked for a receipt and did not get one. What kind of place is that? I am paying for the prescription out of pocket because the insurance does not cover and they treat customers with so much disrespect and negligence. I am forwarding the prescription to another pharmacy, will never step a foot in that CVS store or any other CVS. Will follow up with their customer relations department, hopefully they have some decency to resolve the issue. It is a disgrace to have employees like those. There is no humanity left in this world anymore.

I love this pharmacy, I don't know what everybody's problem is. This pharmacy is so much better than the Walgreens on Sherman Way. I have no problem with this CVS pharmacy. I have no problem getting my medication and they always answer the phone. And they helped me get a discount on my medication because my insurance wasn't going through. Thank you CVS!

CVS Woodland Hills on Ventura Blvd location (just to be clear). Called shortly before going there to get a money gram. Drove there late at night. Get there & am told that the machine had been out of order! Thanks a lot for wasting my time!

Like any pharmacy, it is slow, so can't really fault them for that. But, they're also extremely smug, and seemingly pissed off to be working in pharmacological services. When I ask for my prescriptions, I feel like I am bothering them while deep into something far more important. Also, I've been told a million times to come pick up my stuff at 1230, to find them closed from 1230-1. Does cvs hire jerks, or does this take training?
