I like this CVS. It's small but I actually always find what I need here and their beauty product selection is great. It's my favorite CVS in my area.

CVS Woodland Hills on Victory and Royer. This is the worst pharmacy and store I have ever been to. Very unprofessional, rude employees. I went there to pick up a prescription for my son. One guy was about to help me with my order and while waiting for him to open the register he told me to go to the other side for another employee to help me without telling me what was wrong. The other employee ,Melissa, looked at me like It was my fault she had to work that day. Very unprofessional and rude, got the two items and dropped them on the floor not once but twice, totally negligent. I told her that the items should be handled with care, there is a small needle inside. She looked at me and said, "What is your problem? You don't like it?" Then she just threw the items on the counter. I told her that was not appropriate customer service and she went on and on showing her true redness. The there employee the finally closed my transaction told me, "Shut and watch your mouth." That was in a threatening tone. I asked for a receipt and did not get one. What kind of place is that? I am paying for the prescription out of pocket because the insurance does not cover and they treat customers with so much disrespect and negligence. I am forwarding the prescription to another pharmacy, will never step a foot in that CVS store or any other CVS. Will follow up with their customer relations department, hopefully they have some decency to resolve the issue. It is a disgrace to have employees like those. There is no humanity left in this world anymore.

I love this pharmacy, I don't know what everybody's problem is. This pharmacy is so much better than the Walgreens on Sherman Way. I have no problem with this CVS pharmacy. I have no problem getting my medication and they always answer the phone. And they helped me get a discount on my medication because my insurance wasn't going through. Thank you CVS!

Had probably the most embarrassing experience of my health treatment life today. My doctor always electronically submits my prescription refills, for the past years and years. Today I’ve newly moved back to close to this pharmacy after being gone for 5 years. Today I go to pickup my prescriptions after having the electronic prescription submitted and I requesting the fill to be done. Upon arrival I was told my prescriptions hadn’t been filled and I needed to talk to another person. She apparently was the manager and told me she knew better than my doctor of 15 years and would not prescribe my normal medications. Then when I questioned her, she proceeded to loudly question my prescriptions by name so that everyone could hear them from a distance no less than 25 feet from me, then questioned why I needed them and how I took them. Maybe 15-20 strangers now know my medical history and my prescriptions and this woman still refused to supply them unless I have my doctor call in to tell her she’s an idiot. Either way my HIPPA rights have been violated and I will be seeking action. Horribly ridiculous situation with these rude and inconsiderate people to patients that just need there prescriptions filled.

CVS Woodland Hills on Ventura Blvd location (just to be clear). Called shortly before going there to get a money gram. Drove there late at night. Get there & am told that the machine had been out of order! Thanks a lot for wasting my time!

Like any pharmacy, it is slow, so can't really fault them for that. But, they're also extremely smug, and seemingly pissed off to be working in pharmacological services. When I ask for my prescriptions, I feel like I am bothering them while deep into something far more important. Also, I've been told a million times to come pick up my stuff at 1230, to find them closed from 1230-1. Does cvs hire jerks, or does this take training?

My god this parking sucks. The drive thru and trying to get out is a mission. And no one really wants to give you eye contact for you to ask for help.

Not sure about so many complains from people here. I haven't had any issues here. Sometimes the medicine is not available the same day, but it comes in the next day. Everyone is nice there. Really I don't see why all the negativity. Way better then Target's pharmacy in Woodland Hills. And they are open way better hours.

Will need to look for a new pharmacy after 5 years of going to this CVS. I'm convinced the ownership or management has changed because their staff used to be delightful. Went up to the drive thru today with my 2 kids in car seats in the back waited in line and by the time it was my turn there were actually no cars behind me. I get meds here twice a month but this time drove up and asked for kids ACT mouthwash. The ladies foul reaction made me ask "is that not ok?" I sincerely didn't know you can't get mouthwash from the drive thru when you don't want to take your kids inside a pharmacy. She said you can't do that here and I insisted that there are no cars behind me (like why not? It's a pharmacy item and you can get a plethora of pharmacy items that they have listed in the window) She left and returned with adult mouthwash for dry mouth and I said oh this is not for kids. She then said there are cars behind you now you need to go. I drove away and called the pharmacy to speak to the manager for clarity to make sure you can't get pharmacy items through the drive through. His exact words to me "No you can't get things like lipstick and mouthwash in the drive thru" i said lipstick is very different than mouthwash (wanted to say you sexist b****** but I bit my tongue) then he continued to say in these exact words "I'll talk to someone and try to have the whole store in the pharmacy for you so you can drive thru" I'm disgusted and outraged and will transfer my meds to another pharmacy

The worst. They offer a drive-through pharmacy however the concept of time-saving drive-through pick up is completely lost. They allow customers to wait at the window for upwards of 15 minutes per vehicle. I have inquired with the pharmacy manager about this and been told that what they should be doing is asking people to come back if their prescription isn't ready yet. But this is not enforced and consequently there's always a line of eight cars, each one taking an inordinate amount of time at the window. It defeats the purpose. So far today I've been in line 45 minutes trying to pick up a prescription that I have been told I was ready quite a while ago. Will never do this again - third time is not a charm.

Still sucks. Drive thru wait time 30 min. My rx was ready on the phone, get here and they say it's not ready. Idiots.
