Went to buy a chef knife ( Global ) on the website it shows different price ( cheaper) then the store, they won’t even try to price match the deal.. the website was from the manufacturer( Global ) it’s kinda weird..
I bought it for full price and then I contacted Global and they send me a gift card.. Crate & Barrel won’t except it either..

Terrible, the most bad experience we have ever had in shopping. We loved the store and the items. But the employees….are nothing but people who are not helpful and discriminate. We were almost buying more than $20,000 furniture from them, and we promised by Shawn one of the managers that we pay no delivery fee, but when we went there with our money, the store manager called Ramon Romero almost shouted on me and with his terrible behavior made us to change our mind and not buy anything from them. First their behavior was like we are invisible. Don’t even try this store if you’re not white American.

Scheduled an in home design consult, which the website allowed me to book and said I was in range for. Received multiple texts confirming the appointment. Scheduled my day around the visit. 10 minutes past my appointment time I got a call from the store letting me know I am too far for them to drive so they can schedule something for me in the future. It’s a free service but I wouldn’t have wasted my day if they had just let me know before hand.

Bought 2 sets of wine glasses for gifts and requested they be packed separately, but they did not so I am now searching for extra box. Why ask how I want them packed if you won’t do it.

Thank you Marie for your excellent service! We came here looking for a specific item. She went out of her way to help us out and look up items on the computer for us. It made us feel good to be treated so well. Customer service is honestly so rare these days, and she went above and beyond for us!

I give one star for the associates who work in the store they are efficient and pleasant . Crate and barrels return policy is ridiculous . I had a microwave and they had to test it to take it back because it was used . How amI supposed to know if it works well without using it ? So instead of taking my word it was an hour ordeal . Never ever again . The manager was abrupt and rude .
