Amazing service. The team is busy and do what they can with the limited hours and how busy they are for all their customers. The team provides exceptional service.

Great Service! If you want them installed quicker than your install date they do accept walk-ups. Same day install except the time windows may vary.Just make sure that you have confirmation that you have had your tires delivered to the location!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the second time that I came here and it was an emergency. The first time I came 30 minutes before Closing and they said they couldn't help me with a new tire. This time I came an hour and a half before Closing just to fix a nail. The tire is still good. They told me no they have 2 customers in front of me.

Very Unprofessional Team and lack of Customer Service & Support,I called and got a quote for 4 Tiers, he said $575, I scheduled an appointment when I got there he said it will be $615 , he said it’s included taxes and fees. Then when I came back 2 hours later to pick up my car, service advisor said you need to pay for service package as well which is another 13$..?!I spoke with management he said if you don’t pay the $13 I will put the note that you will not get the warranty for the tires. It’s not acceptable at all , I had a higher expectation from Costco.

It's ridiculous, its 7:05 pm and their work hours is until 8:30 pm, they don't provide any service, even repairing flat tire, they say they are done for today. Only 2 cars are inside and are almost done, 2 spot in shop is free. It happens when you hire lazy people and pay them hourly. Customer service is dead in Costco.

The most inconvenient CostCo I've ever visited (and I've been to more than a dozen).Set aside the fact that you'll have to pay for parking if you're there more than 90 minutes...or that the parking structure is bizarrely laid out...or that you'll be forced to wait for a crowded elevator filled with other grumbling customers and giant shopping carts to get to your car afterward. Now, a floor manager at the self-checkout area picks out people she regards as suspicious (I watched her wave several others past before she decided to stop me) and demands that you show her the PHOTO on your membership card before you can scan your items. I asked why -- because you're already ordered to show your card when you walk in the store -- and she said it's "because we want to make sure you're the member who owns the card."Huh?? What difference does it make? You aren't "paying" with your membership card. What fraud are they preventing? Why are they creating a solution for a problem that doesn't exist? Also, what made her pick me out for this scrutiny, but not the woman ahead of me in line? Moreover, I've never been asked to show the photo on my membership ID at self checkout before. What changed? How many times does CostCo need to look in my wallet before I can receive the privilege of giving MY money...to THEM?After being evaluated a THIRD time by the receipt checker at the exit, followed by another stretch of wasted time hauling my purchases up the stairs of the parking structure (to avoid the stupid elevator), I resolved to avoid this outlet in the future. I suggest you do the same.

Giving all of Costco a bad review because their new membership policy is extremely stupid, hope they lose money from it. You'd think they'd learn from Netflix's mistake

On a Sunday morning in June, my family arrived at 9am thinking it was opened. When we arrived at 9am, I was surprised they opened at 9:30am unlike Alhambra opens at 9am. So we waited and not much people and heard the gate opened at 9:15am. The aisles are cleaned and well stocked with quite of few Star items on markdown. Not too crowded I guess Woodland Hills people come later. Validation to get 3 hours free Parking when leaving at the door. No samples at all.

The thing about Costco is, you gotta find the right products. Yes, buying in bulk here can really give you higher values. But let's be honest, some items would result in a waste of money...Food discovery: Chicken Street Tacos. For $15 this taco kit will definitely serve three adults easily. You can find it in the refrigerated section where produce is! Very tasty chopped barbecue style grilled chicken, but I wish instead of chopped cabbage they gave you chopped romaine lettuce instead!Try it out, you won't be disappointed!

Love all the organic options they have in here . Everything was so well stocked and organized. Parking here is so chaotic inside the structure . You have to get a ticket to get in and out but make sure to get your ticket validated at the door cause the first 3 hours at Costco are free.

Best Costco I've been to in greater LA and frankly, still a favorite Costco even outside of LA. Reasons to love it:- ample parking - they validate- they have gasoline - they have tire services- it's connected to the (formerly Westfield) Topanga Village so you can trip link! Hit the gym then Costco or any other errand in the center like Total Wine- they have a good selection of alcohol & I do like their branded Champagne. They also have large cases of beer for parties- pet supplies - excellent meat & seafood selection for various price points. They have USDA prime & choice - they also have wild & farmed fish - have purchased pots & pans here that I love - superior return policy - we don't take advantage but it's good for when something doesn't work out- affordable cut roses & frequently many potted plants for inside or outside - they have a self checkout line now- they have optometry services- we life & have used costco travel. It's very affordable & go many desirable places - tons and tons of fresh veggies and fruits and salads - they always have a wide array of new tech devices, phones, TVs etc. we have purchased all of our TVs from here. We're big fans & the price is right. - fabulous jewelry selection & watches too - friendly staff and team members - not as crazy as Marina Del Rey location - tons of party supplies. Big packs of ribs, salads, sushi, paper plates, paper towels etc. everything you need!- good basic clothes - rain coats, socks & underwear, t shirts, sweaters, etc. - onsite pharmacy - it's affordable too! - lots of supplements, personal care supplies, hygiene items etc. They also have tons of other seasonal items like patio furniture, outdoor excursion equipment & Christmas decor. Even sheds! Another something I discovered recently is that they have mega high end skin care section online only! And was able to try something at a great price which felt good because with skincare, a big ticket doesn't mean big results. Huge fan of Costco! They offer great deals, quality products and a broad range of items. I find our membership to be value add to our life. Most of the meat & seafood we eat is from Costco!

I'm focusing on the eyeglass department today. After leaving America's best where they should've had a mask and a gun when they told me the price, I took the prescription and darted over to Costco. Wow! I'm glad I did. I saved over $300. It seems that every option on your eyeglasses at Costco is included in the price. I kept listing the things that the other company try to upsell me on, and they were like oh that's included that's included that's included.... Yeah, you might be able to get a cheaper online but what if you have an issue? And Costco will adjust your glasses for the life of the glasses. And if you don't like them, they'll take them back. I rely on my glasses 18 hours a day to save 50 or 60 bucks to go online Doesn't make any sense to me but that's me.

I recently visited Costco and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The store has a great selection of items, ranging from groceries to electronics to home goods, making it a one-stop-shop for all my needs. I was particularly impressed with the variety of products they offer, which is quite extensive and diverse. One of the best parts of my visit was the easy parking availability. The parking lot was spacious and well-maintained, and I had no trouble finding a spot close to the store entrance. This made my shopping experience even more convenient and hassle-free.Another highlight of my visit was the food court. Not only was it clean and well-organized, but the food tasted amazing. The hot and ready items were just that - hot and ready - and I was able to enjoy a delicious meal without having to wait too long. The quality of the food was excellent, and I found myself going back for seconds.Overall, I would highly recommend Costco to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. With a vast selection of products, easy parking, and an amazing food court, it's no wonder why this store is so popular among shoppers. I am definitely planning on returning soon!
