I love this Costco. It's so close to theQ. I have been to many Costco places even the ones in Orange County, Reseda and Thousand Oaks. This location is still my favorite. Staffs are pretty friendly. Billy was very helpful to assist me. I see him many times when I am there. The food court is outside and great. I like their sandwich and hotdog. The gas station is great here. They have many stations. Best time to go is early in the morning around 8am or around 8pm. The gas price is always the lowest around the area.

Edgar in the cafeteria was not friendly at all. He was not understanding of a woman who couldn't figure out the kiosk and shooed her away with aggression. We ended up just helping her since apparently Edgar can't be bothered with it.

If you are in need of some stylish new glasses look no further than our local Costco in Woodland Hills! Then look right in the department for the debonair Christopher with his confident air to fit, style and make suggestions to get you the right glasses. Not only does he lend his expertise but he lends his knowledge of how to get the best two for one deal on designer frames that will leave you speechless and wondering why you went for that "TV Deal". Can you say YSL and another stylish pair for a little over $100!!! I am so happy with the optical department at Costco I am never going anywhere else again. Great job Costco your turned this customer around and I am paying attention now that I SEE YOU!!

The people placed at self checkout points to help Customers who are having problems are extremely rude and dismissive.I was with my mom today and was on the phone watching from afar. She is an older lady she needed help and asked one of the staff at the self check out points to assist her.to my disbelief The guy turned his back on her and walked away.I was in shock.Very disappointing. You are there to help not to be rude and dismissive.

Valentine's Day at Costco can only be described as chaotic at best, especially when you're braving the crowds at 6 PM to pick up some last-minute essentials. Amid the frenzy, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and lost in the sea of people all trying to do the same. But then, there are moments that truly stand out and remind us of the kindness and dedication of individuals who go above and beyond. This review is to celebrate one such individual - Joe from the self-service checkout department. Joe, you epitomize what it means to not just do a job, but to do it with heart, passion, and an undeniable spirit of helpfulness. At a time when I was struggling to navigate my way through the madness, you emerged as a beacon of hope. Your keen observation, quick thinking, and willingness to step in and assist not just because it's your job, but because you genuinely care, transformed my stressful situation into a memorable experience. Without delving into specifics, I want to express my profound gratitude for your help tonight, Joe. It's people like you who make the world a better place, one kind act at a time. You didn't just perform a task; you performed a small miracle that had a significant impact on my day. Your actions reflect the very essence of exceptional customer service - going the extra mile when it's least expected but most needed. To anyone reading this, know that heroes like Joe are what make Costco not just a place to shop, but a community where you're looked after. Thank you, Joe, for being the difference between a good experience and an incredible one. Your dedication and kindness have not gone unnoticed, and they deserve every bit of recognition. Here's to many more heroes like you making everyday moments extraordinary!

The most aggressive management ever! He supports rudeness of some of his employees. Doesn't hold back to get into aggressive verbal arguments with customers. I have witnessed one incident in the line as he was trying to resolve an issue with a customer. Not professional and not customer friendly. I don't care about the issue he just can't be that arrogant and unprofessional. It was obvious that he got caught up in a situation that soon became personal to him and that when he lost control. Tampa location is so much better!

This location is such a polite and helpful store. My only complaint is parking is usually rather crowded even though they have a massive parking structure.

Costco always hires attractive people to work there. They are always nice and professional. Treat others how you want to be treated. Most of the other customers during the holiday season are brutally racist. Make sure to bring your concealed pepper spray when you meet your Karen.

What I love about Costco is the value- you get good quality items at a fair price. I come to this location frequently because it's the closest to my house. I find it easy to navigate and find what I need. They have so many items from electronics (TV's, computers, etc.), jewelry, clothing, books, beauty products, a huge selection of vitamins & supplements, a pharmacy, an optometrist and huge selection of prescription glasses, housewares, produce, meats, seafood, dairy, paper goods, tons of non-perishable foods, bottled and canned beverages, wine, beer, spirits, light fixtures... there is literally nothing you can't find here! I find the staff here to be helpful and friendly. My reason for taking off a star has to do with the freshness and issues I've had with so many produce items and other refrigerated foods I've purchased that have gone bad before their expiration date or within a day of purchasing.

A Costco membership is a must have. Due to inflation and downsizing by many stores on portion size Costco is the best option for food. My favorite purchases this month were a huge bag 5.5 pound bag of organic vegetables for 9.99, 1 pound of organic blueberries for 10.99. 6 large avocados for 7.99. I was loving the ready made quinoa salad but was told it has been discontinued which I'm very sad about. I would love to see more vegan options in the pre made food. Hoping the quinoa salad comes back! The food is always fresh at Costco due to the high volume of sales they do. There are incredible deals on eyeglasses, home goods, appliances, jewelry, clothing, holiday decor. They really have everything! This is the perfect place to stock up for holiday festivities and parties!
