Rude customer service. I came in cash a payroll check as a non-member and the teller refused to cash the check with 2 forms of ID. She claimed that she couldn’t verify the check. She was also unprofessional when I walked in. She asked me if I have ever cashed a check with City National Bank, and I replied, “I don’t know.” She replied with some condescending questions and frowned at me. I said, “I don’t know what’s unclear about “I don’t know.”
I cash all types of escrow and payroll checks and this is the first time I’ve been denied.

I can not begin to tell you how happy I am with the City National team that helped me with my home loan. I use this branch for my checking and savings account but Jason, Tiffany & Racheal were fantastic and amazing when it came to helping with my home loan. I was just thrilled!!! They dealt with all my question, calls and guided me through all of the hurtles or bumps we encountered along the way. I don't know about any of the other CNB teams but this one is awesome. Thank you so much and I am ever grateful!!!

Terrible customer service. They are extremely rude and treat you like they are doing you a favor, and will close your account if you disagree with them. Do not join this second rate bank unless you like being treated poorly.

Wow! It is so refreshing to have such wonderful customer service from a bank. I have banked with many institutions previously and there is no comparison. The team here is fantastic. The manager, Steve, is friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He and his team have gone above and beyond for my husband and me as we applied for our first mortgage loan. We are so happy we finally found a bank we can trust to meet our needs. The team here is extremely responsive and always gets back to me in less than one business day via email or phone. Our relationship manager, Jason, is kind, helpful and friendly. You will not regret banking with this branch!

Coming from Chase, I can tell you the level of customer service at this city national bank is phenomenal. The tellers are super helpful and friendly. Always a great experience going to this branch!

Parking very confusing. Once inside bank, it took 30 minutes to get a check cashed even though there were only 3 customers and 6-7 employees, including two bank managers. Ridiculous.

my husband and I talked to a Lady by the Name of Karina. In this busy situations that banks are busy and no one is answering the phone calls , this girl spend enough time with my husband and explained details of the program and how we can build account and relationship in this bank. we had the worst experience at Chase . I wish i knew this bank products and services and Karina way earlier.

I've been a long-time client of this CNB branch and the new manager and staff over the last 2 years have really grown on me. They are friendly, professional, and know their stuff. The Manager, Steve, recently helped me get a new business line of credit and I owe him big time. The other reviewers must have been talking about the old staff. I love this bank and would recommend this branch in particular to all my friends and business associates. The only negative comment I have is the branch needs a desperate remodel.
