Absolutely horrendous people work here. Especially the manager Ana. Got a flat tire pulling into their parking lot to cash my paycheck (issued by Citi Bank). They told me that they 'don't cash checks at this location' and they wouldn't many any exceptions given the circumstances of me being stranded with a flat tire. They verbatim told me 'It's not our issue'. I had to ask someone to come and get me, to go to their other location that would cash the check, and then dropped back off at my vehicle, while on my work lunch break. So much for the holiday spirit. Absolutely atrocious morals.

Everyone is willing to help in this Citi branch. Thanks to Tara Gohari, personal banker I was able to open an account. Tara was knowledgeable , thorough and helped me with difficulties. All done with a smile on her face.

Citibank stoled my money!Do a favor yourself and get any other bank for your checking account. I asked a cashier check from my other bank because I thinked that is the fastest way to move money to my Citi checking account. I deposited my check, Citi transfered it right at that moment and they closed my online acces and my account! Some incompetent employee made maybe some mistake. I do not have acces to my 60k more then 2 months! Nobody helped in the branch office, not online. Absolutely no answer or explanation. They told me I never ever will be able to open anymore a Citi accont and they handling me like a criminal. I have proof from my other bank, Citi holding my money and doing some investigation just because someone made some stupid . I am not sure If I ever will see my money without a lawsuit. Unfortunately banks has too much right to do whatever they just want without any control. I wanted to use that monu to make purchesis to my busines. Shame on you Citi bank big time. Probably they just laughing on this review because they can do anything The only stange is they refused any help from me and my other bank!Think twice before you open an account at probably the worst US bank. I think my case if anyone is made mistake could be cleared within minutes just the willingness is missing.Best:Steve V

Citibank is a terrible bank. Their customer service is horrible. I have had multiple fraudulent charges and even though I have alerts set up, I was not alerted. I am shocked to see a bank that is so well known have terrible service. Don't put your money in a banking system that is broken.

I had a wonderful experience with Miss Fabiola Venagas Personal Banker. She was very professional, the whole process was easy and fast. She was very helpful and kind. I also had a lovely conversation with Tara Gohari, who was sitting the next cubicle. These ladies are both super kind, lovely, highly recommend to work with them. You will not regret it.

I have been banking with Citi for the past 20+ years, and have been happy with the service I've received during all of that time. This year I had 2 "situations" with one of my accounts that required help. I sat with Amir and explained my concerns in both of these separate instances. He listened to me, he was caring, he was knowledgeable in how to handle getting the situations corrected, and he followed up even after everything was finalized, "just to be sure". I recommend Amir to anyone in need of financial help or information.

I had originally given a 1 star review, but I came back in today giving this bank another shot, and as my review is clearly indicative of, I couldn't be happier. Amazing dude. Helpful, friendly, and honest. Quick process, listened to my concerns, and answered all questions. How a true professional conducts themselves. I am now a happy client, all thanks to George's approach today.

Citibank is not the place to put your money or ask for credit. I have the Citi / Costco Visa credit card. I want to increase my credit limit for a large purchase. They refuse to increase or make any changes to my current credit line. I have an 800 + credit score and no late payments! I will find another bank to use for my future credit card purchases.

Ok so I've been with Citi for over 10 years! I recently had fraud because they seem to not be able to identify fraudulent activity after being reported by me every month and have a new card sent to me every month! (ridiculous)They cancelled my card and they informed me They would order me a new one however they forgot. Finally I get everything figured out to have the teller just give me an even harder time. She said she had to manually enter my profession my security question because my California ID was not enough. I was pulling out a small amount of cash since Citi had left me without a debit card. Honestly, with city I've learned to love ATMs every time I go in to the actual branch it's a nightmare. I'm in the process of looking for a new bank the only hesitation is moving all of my set-up payments. I've just about had it. I'm waiting to have some free time to switch banks.

This Citibank branch is the worst branch I have ever banked with. They opened a checking account and they never offered to order checks for me nor did they issue sn ATM card. When I enquired about the card they said they would order it. 10 days later after going into another branch I was told the card was never ordered. They are disorganized, make you return and then don't have the appropriate information ready. The tellers are rude and know-it-alls, yet know nothing. HORRIBLE branch. Drive elsewhere to get your business done.

The Branch Manager, Pauline LACKS customer service and relationship management skills. I'll probably end up closing my accounts because of the experience I had with her. She creates an unwelcoming environment and isn't interested in building relationship or deepning the relationship. She went out of her way to do the complete opposite. Citi helped me fianance my first rental 8 years ago and even though I paid it off I still kept my relationship.
