Making a pit stop for snacks and thw use of the restroom. Restrooms are clean and well maintained. Snacks variety was good and prices were reasonable. I even found my favorite, carrot cake.

While filling up my gas tank my kid had an urgent bathroom need, walked in only to hear the "out of service" refrain...was clear they were lying to me when I asked what was not working in bathroom, when plumber was coming to fix etc. really crummy thing to do to paying customers with children.

I bought a venti drink from the Starbucks next door; you know, one of those places where the gas station and Starbucks share the same lot. I asked the guy at the gas station counter if I could use the restroom. He made this weird face - I figured he didn't get what I was asking. So, I clarified, "Can I get the code for the men's room?" He kinda grumbled, "It's for customers only." I held up my venti, barely touched, and told him, "Look, I am a customer." But he just stood there, doing nothing. What an imbecile!

They Don't take cash for gasoline making people pay with credit card which is more expensive .

If you need gasoline just don't go there, there are plenty of much better gas station around.

Wouldn’t let my five year old son use the bathroom, since the employees don’t want to clean the bathroom. They just put up an out of order sign. I make a point not to buy gas a stations like this.

Restroom was called 'out of order' due to a clogged toilet. I learned how to unclog a toilet when I was like 7. It's a basic, ABC level life skill. It's also perfectly easy to do without spilling Any waste. This station gets a zero for customer service. C'mon, believe in yourself, people. You can do so much more. Get out of your comfort zone, or that comfort zone tends to shrink forever.

The worst Customer service. I had low tire pressure and the Arab guy behind the counter laughed at me when his Xact Air pressure machine didn't work after I paid $2 to use it.I had to call AAA just to inflate my low tire pressure.
