It was my 1st time going to this Chevron with the Rocket store selling their gas. There was 4 customers in line,I was in front of the line. There was 2 employees behind the counter talking with their backs turned.I said " Hello,we are waiting " They looked at us,then turned their backs again.Continued their conversation as if we were not there.At this point I said, forget it. I will never try to buy anything at this Rocket Store again.And tell my family and friends to do the same.Worst experience ever.

Stopped for gas this morning before heading back to Las Vegas and prices are high but it's Los Angeles. There's a convenience store also.

Never again. Deceptive, shady and rude clerks. Chevron should be ashamed to have their brand on this location.

The customer service at this station is a matter of luck. Some of the cashiers are nice but there is one very rude cashier named Roderick. Extremely unpleasant man who seems to delight in going out of his way to be obnoxious.

Big and bright and plenty of space to maneuver. Store inside is nice. I don't care though for the younger grumpy guy who works nights. Be aware of homeless meth heads that run up to ask for change. Also be careful for cars that run the stop sign at the freeway off ramp that merge right onto Ventura Blvd. I hope you get better service than I did! Be safe...

Cashier was sneezing without a mask and I asked him why he doesn't have a mask on and he replied cause I have covid, you want some? Everytime I go to this station it's the worst customer service. You guys need to hire more professional cashiers.

I'm coustomer here since 2013 today I have a $3 dollers dimes and 4 dollers doller bills cashier name manish refuse to sale me gas he said compnay policy change money with rolls I explain him it's a just $3 doller how can I make roll with $3 he just refuse serve me I never come.back this place againsat March 30 9:18 PM
