I have dialed the number provided on Chase’s website. An automated message is what one is presented with. The option to be assisted by someone inside the branch and or a live representative, is nonexistent!

Chase Bank would not allow my elderly father withdraw his money because his phone does not receive text messaged from the bank. It was very much a challenge to even get there in the first place. Once this mess is straighten out we are closing all accounts associated with chase
