The absolute worst bank in the world. The employees here are so incompetent they run back and forth to the managers to get questions answered. Marlene of all people is rude , disgusting and has no idea how to do her job. A complete shame. This branch makes you hate Chase as a whole. I highly recommend visiting any other branch possible for your business and personal needs.

If I could I would give minus 4 star to the entire Chase bank. THEY ARE NOT HERE TO HELP YOU, just take your money and run with it. They have no problem writing a letter with your bank account number and how much on your account to any organizations but refuses to stamp an affidavit of residency (which literally state that to their knowledge the address and social security number listed is the one they have on file). NOT HELPFUL EVER!

Insanely rude staff at this branch. I keep a nice amount of money in my business account and went in to open another one. I didn't have an appt because I was told on the phone that it wasn't necessary. The guy who first approached us told us that there would be a 3 hour wait without an appointment. Absurd. Here's a thought: why don't YOU help me? All he was doing was standing around being rude! But here's the thing....we went 3 minutes down the road to Citi - opened an account there with THE NICEST person ever in like 15 minutes AND....ready....got a $1000 bonus for opening! Will be closing my Chase account next week! So thanks buddy! I owe you a drink!'

Horrific customer service. No soft skills. If you do not have an appointment, do not expect anyone to give you their time. Even if you’re just asking for 5 minutes.

Not the best experience. Had a few questions that wouldn’t take longer than 2 min to answer so sat down. There was no sign in sheet. Noticed 4 workers alone in their offices and no one cared to come check on myself and 3 others customers who had been waiting. Then this older couple (customers) came at the end and literally got helped before all of us sitting down. This location definitely needs to step it up. I’m writing this respectfully and just sharing my experience.

If you need to go to Chase, just don't go to this one. Keep driving. My husband and I walked into this branch today to open a joint account. Mind you I have been a loyal Chase customer for the past 16 years. We walked in and we're looked at like we dropped in from Mars by the person that is supposed to greet customers and direct them. He then proceeded to tell us they were booked today and didn't have any appointments available. HOWEVER, there were numerous bankers in their offices just sitting there doing NOTHING. One thing I will never do is beg a person to take my money. Closing my personal Chase account soon and moving all liquid funds to my credit union account. Pure trash

Had to make a deposit before 5pm closing. I raced to two other locations on the map, both closed down ! I make it here at 5:01 and the lady would not let me in. The building is the color of turd, which reminds one of their customer service...

I have a business account with Chase and all I needed to do was to open a 2nd checking account. I had a 75 min appointment with Marlene Hanna also the manager at this branch. My business partner had already signed the paperwork and he got into contact with his banker to send the remaining paperwork over to Marlene so I could sign it. After less than 5 minutes of sitting down with Marlene she told me she couldn't help me because she clearly didn't want to wait a few more mins till the paperwork was sent over and rudely asked me to leave. I went back to the branch later that day to sign the paperwork which would have taken 2 minutes. I saw Marlene asking people in line for the bank teller if they needed help. I walked over to her and nicely asked if I could sign the paperwork now as it was in her possession at this point. She rudely said "sit down sir in the waiting room and I'll be with you when I'm available". I could tell she was just killing time and then finally came up to me and when I asked her nicely if I could finish signing the paperwork real quick she replied with "I have an appointment already so no, I can't help you" I then asked for a manager and she said she was the manager at the branch. I was shocked how a manager treated a good client of theirs. I rather drive further away to another branch from now on so I don't get treated like that again as it made me feel unimportant and uncomfortable. As a business owner, I hate bad reviews and never write them. In this case it was well deserved and I hope it prevents another client of theirs to not be treated the way I did and go to a different branch.
