This branch is TERRIBLE. Charles Schwab is like The Ritz Carlton of banks. The employees are extremely professional and knowledgeable. The employees at this branch have been unprofessional everytime I’ve visited. My best advice is to use a different branch. The employees who work here do a disservice to Charles Schwab and make Schwab look bad. Schwab is great/ wonderful/ terrific; this branch does not represent it.

Charles Schwab online and customer service over the phone are great my experience with this location is way below expectation - I called 5 times today nobody answered directly from the branch was transferred to the customer service number and provided me great info for what I needed. I went to the branch to deposit a rollover check - she (old lady) just assumed it was a normal deposit since one of the checks was a small rollover amount then noticed the huge check and that’s the time she asked if it’s a rollover I said yes and it’s written on the check signature section that it was a rollover and I told her the Info is there - why would I hand you over a rollover statement with checks if you don’t bother reviewing the document what it is - the location is empty what’s the rush?! You don’t close not until the next hour or so. I get it it’s hard to deal with people all day but Atleast do your job right. Now I had to process a recategorization of a small amount of Roth online because she blamed me that I did not mention it was a rollover because it’s a small amount well you didn’t ask or even bother to read the statements or info I gave you. This is why I hate dealing with people at branches Atleast hire some people that actually want to help with a smile not as if you bothered them for doing their job. Definitely not recommend this location.

I had to change a deduction that I take every month. It was quick and easy over the phone with all the security measures taken. The gentleman was knowledgeable and polite! Thank you Charles Schwab!!

Short haired woman at the front desk is a joke of a receptionist. Called customer service and left a complaint. Resistant oriented facility. I can't wait to pull my money out of this place.

This branch has gone down hill. The best people left. Also, their online systems crash way more than they should. Smaller firms have more reliable systems.

As a new investor, I could not have been treated with more respect than Daniel Beringer there. I knew nothing about investing when I walked in, and he spoke in a way that I could understand. I made my initial investments and I will continue to do so. Now here is a picture of my dog.

I opened an account a couple of years ago. Getting someone to help is nearly impossible and calling the direct line is a joke. You will be sent to branches across the country and asked the same ridiculous questions. When I decided to close my account, they took my check and said the account will be closed within a few weeks. Now a few months later, I'm receiving notices that the account is still open and I owe money after I've already paid it off. So frustrating!!! I'm back to calling and being sent all over the country again. The Woodland Hills, CA office is not picking up. Can't get anyone to help close this account, so when I fly back to CA in a couple of weeks. I will have to walk in to personally try and close this account yet a second time in person. Looking forward to resolving this matter and taking my business elsewhere.......

Superb financial institution. I have a checking account and some investment accounts there. Zero ATM fees! Free checks - even free check reprinting! My kinda place! Customer service is great. They are very professional. One small drawback - no ATMs. Unless you go to the branch, and I only know of this one, you have to mail in your deposits. Not always convenient for me to go there because they're only open weekdays. Still, I'm sure I'll always be a customer of Schwab. They're a bank that other banks should use as an example Phone support staff always extremely courteous and professional too.
