Horrible customer service, the cancelled my free item from buy two get one free item and said they couldn’t do anything I had to call customer service! It was supposed to be part of a gift and they refused to be helpful!

This BoxLunch is probably one of my favorites! Came in here on a mission for Black Friday sales and the ladies in the front were super nice and accommodating to me! Thank you so much for making my experience memorable! Love when I get pampered with love at a store!

I experienced the worst customer service in my life!!!! Taylor the manager was so rude . I placed an order and paid for it a week ago and never received a phone call nor an email to inform me it was ready. I called this week for it. I notified the Store I was coming for it. when I arrive today the bag my order was placed in was in the trash and my order was placed back on the shelf. It had literally just been canceled and asked for an explanation and the manager refused. I asked for a store, managers name, and she refused again. I asked for a corporate number or a number I can get in contact with upper management to complain about my experience, and she refused to give it to me. The manager Taylor kept saying she couldn't disclose that information and that it was in her problem that I didn't pick up my order on time and it was canceled.i will never shop there again . The manager finally gave in and gave me this incorrect number 855-463-1124 . I wasn't allowed to get through. It sounded like a busy signal.

Had the WORST customer service experience here. I was shopping for a gift for my girlfriend and was happy to find a shirt but left the store with the worst taste in my mouth and a strong urge to return the gift. The taller male named Seikma wearing a bucket hat didn't understand what personal space was and never said excuse me while reaching for items in front of me. He even pushed some folded clothes too far and knocked a mug off the shelf in front of me but I caught it before it hit the floor. He was very erratic and just carried a negative energy with him. When I was ready to be rung out I made my way to the counter and he glanced over and turned away without acknowledging me. After a minute he turned back around and asked if I had an account. Having not shopped at a BoxLunch in more than 5 years I provided a phone number so he could check. He stated I didn't have an account and I replied there was no need to create one since I don't normally shop there and don't care for the points/rewards. He became fussy and stated "You're already halfway there, what's the email?" Again I stated I won't be returning to the store and there was no need in a polite way. He then asked in a disgruntled way "Can I ask why not?" as if he needed to validate my reason. Again I stated I won't be returning to the store. At this point he became personally offended and threw the receipt in the bag and literally pushed the bag towards me to where it almost fell off the counter while wearing the most disgusting face. Absolutely unacceptable. I left saying thanks and have a good day because I will not lower myself to this pitiful persons state of being. He has no business working in customer service and corporate really needs to look into his behavior.

From what I've read, it seems as though there is an attitude problem with the employees who work here!!! Today was no exception!!!! My fiancée and I went in to shop for a gift for her niece and it seems both employees working there just fit the bill of having a careless "let me work and leave me alone" attitude. We didn't bother to ask for a gift receipt because it should've been offer, ESPECIALLY when we mentioned this is a gift!!!! I don't like leaving bad reviews especially about places I like to shop, but their behavior towards us WASN'T NECESSARY!!! I know these reviews don't impact their performance or let alone does anything to impact their job, but when your in a business when hospitality should mean something, TRY AND BE HOSPITABLE!!!!

I have no idea why but the girl who had blonde-ish red hair in a Ponytail kinda had an attitude problem when I was there at atound 4ish on September 27th 2022. I had asked her what an employee discount was and she made a rude remark as I was asking another employee this question. She snarkily said " Well you get over here cause I'm not shouting it over there to you." I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but that's not how you treat other people. And she also had attitude when I had asked her what the price on a Nightmare before Christmas item was and looked at me like as if I was stupid. Look I understand working retail isn't the most fun but it's not as if i was acting like a Karen to get this attitude from her. If you don't like your job then quit. I used to shop here all the time too. Someone needs to have an attitude check.

I have been to this location twice and both times received really great service. I love the selection of Disney items. The variety ranges from clothing, wallets, bags, and even mugs. I also enjoy they have a rewards program connected to your phone #. I came in to purchase a top and was told I had a $5 reward. That was a nice surprise.

I was sadly disappointed with one of the workers attitude while in the store. 3/19 What seems like the manager who was doing I guess a move on a display wall was quite rude to my partner and I. The other employee on the floor saved the day by telling us about the great deal happening in the store! Almost bought a cute shirt but had to resist to feeling uncomfortable. Don't recommend shopping here:(

Went in and was going to leave without shopping here. Then as I finished browsing, two teen girls came in without masks. They were politely informed that they're supposed to wear a mask in store. They threw a fit and informed that they would tell everyone what a terrible store it was and they hated it. The staff happily told them goodbye. I like that. Ended up making a purchase. The stuff is cute, but the staff is welcoming, helpful, and not putting up with silly people being silly.
