They are the best, trust all my dogs to be groomed here and boarded. I regularly use daycare and they help me out because my toddler is hard to bring in shop so they come out to me! Literally the nicest people.

I go the BSB in Arts District, but my parent's live out in this area, so I wanted a place to be able to take my dog to. This BSB is just as great as the one in the arts. Parking is easy in the complex and BSB is right off the freeway for convenience. The staff was very friendly on the phone - answering my questions and when I arrived. They took good care of my pup while he was there and he was excited when I picked him up. When I picked him up, they told me he was a "good boy." THANK YOU BSB WOODLAND HILLS for taking care of my BB! I will be back.

Very disappointed!! I brought a new dog in to get groomed. It was half the size of my dog that passed away . No mention the price was different, much higher. When I got there to pick my dog up, they told me it was 20.00 more. Their response was new dog. New price. I asked if there was an ownership change, she replied no. I can see looking at the owner it is different . So disappointed, I have referred over 20 clients to them. NO MORE.

I took my 3 year old Yorkie Terrier in to get cleaned up. This was her first time ever going to a professional groomer. She was terrified when we walked in. But, I had to trust the process. I came back 2 hours later and to my surprise, they did an absolutely perfect hair cut on her. I like her hair on the longer side and they kept it long and made it nice and neat. She has never looked so good and did not seemed stressed when I picked her up. I was probably more stressed than her. They gave her the perfect pedicure, cleaned up her back side and took care of her glands. She is no longer licking her glands. Whatever shampoo they used smells terrific. I thought their pricing was quite reasonable for the work they performed. I will definitely go back here.

I know I should mention how much my dog loves this place first, but I wanna talk about how much my wallet loves it! Super nice prices for the services rendered! They take great care of my pup, he loves it there sprinting full force through the door! They greet you at the door and are always ready with pets and smiles for my doggo! I'm so glad I found this place, and I'm sure my pup is too! He always comes out so pooped and ready for a nap! Nothing beats the feeling I get when he comes sprinting towards me after having another great day!

First off I want to start by saying I absolutely hate taking my dogs to grooming for this very reason. They put my dogs in a cage without food, water or bathroom, for 3.5 hours. My dog is a french terrier mix and she is 7 years old. When I came to pick her up from grooming today she was panting like she never did before, gasping for air. When I got to the car I let her have some water because she actually couldn't get a breath in. She immediately started drinking the water and trying to breathe, I could tell she was unsettled and stressed. This is not her first time at the groomer considering her age and she has never acted like this after an appointment. On top of all that she has this big scratch under her arm on her ribs and I don't know if its from the leash but I'm just super disappointed in the attention to my dog. Dogs are like kids and they shouldn't be left in a cage for hours until the groomer has time. I don't understand why every groomers are like this, just call me 20 min before tell me to bring my dog in, groom them and I'll take my dog. I understand there's more people getting their dogs groomed but there's a line, why do my dogs need to wait in a cage scared and alone with no water. Disappointed in how poorly my dog was treated.

Probably won't be going back to this place. My dog looks like a blind person shaved her. Everything on the dog is uneven and ratty looking. We had a 1030 appt and it took them 2+ hours to ruin our dog.
