The customer service was exceptional! I came in looking for an ergonomic set up for my office and Garry treated me like royalty! He showed me several fantastic chairs and a sit-stand desk that was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been recommending Bernards to my friends and coworkers - by far, the best office furniture experience in Los Angeles!

I am a big guy who sits at his desk all day. When it was time to get a new chair for my desk, I called Bernards and made an appointment. I was introduced to Garry and he picked one out for me and adjusted it to my size. Garry really knows his office furniture. Bernards was the first place I shopped and I wanted to compare the chair I saw there with others in the area. I am a big proponent of buying from local retailers. As I shopped at other places, I quickly realized that there was nothing anywhere that compared to what I experienced at Bernards. And when I went to pick up the chair I ordered, I saw an amazing adjustable standing/sitting office desk. I am considering another purchase.

This place is not a show room. The door is locked. You have to be buzzed in and when the person eventually answers the intercom, they are rude. Perfect example of a fake profile here. The pictures and the reviews are clearly fake.

The 100% best selection of office chairs for companies and personal shoppers. I came in and tried their selection, from medium to high-end, a great offering of price and quality. You will not find anywhere close to this selection at a office depot or such.

Went there as a referral. One of my favorite chairs broke & they took the time to find the part I needed & gave it to me no charge. Hard to find resellers & people this kind. I will be back when the time comes to replace my office furniture. Thanks for helping me out!

Gary Bernard and Suzy Andrews are good to work with. We just moved into a house and the room for the office couldn't work the dimensions of traditional desks Office Depot and Staples and Amazon have to offer. We tried Bernard's and walked in with a residential one desk order. It's like going to a vineyard and buying one bottle of wine. But they made us welcomed and listened to our issues. Out came the plotters and we started measuring and talking. Within 30 minutes we had a solution and choice of finishes and the items are made locally. The time from the order to delivery was reasonable. Not the 4 and 5 month delay we hear now. The desk just delivered. The crew set up the desk and installed the WorkRite monitor arms. We're very happy and the staff at Bernards are all professional and care about the service. You actually get to sit down with real adults who listen and don't have to worry about customer floor traffic. What a concept! If we have other needs like this we'll be back. The time saved alone is worth a premium plus you know the dimensions are going to work before you buy the items but you need to come in with your dimensions and perhaps a photo of the space. The was a very nice experience and I would recommend you give Bernard's at least a shot at what you need. I wish I would have made them my first stop. On the other hand the other retailers really make Bernard's look good.

This place is Great! They walked me through all of the options when I was buying a chair and standing desk. Many many different colors, and they can customize the desktop for one of the standing desks! I've been buying good stuff from them for well over 10-years and will continue to do so.

They have a wide selection of office chairs to try out on the floor. And they have excellent customer service. The owner, Gary welcomed me and adjusted each chair I wanted to try. He pointed out which ones fit me the best and gave me the best lumbar support. The store serves large companies but is also open to the general public. I can't say enough about the fantastic customer service.

I personally always look for the best service for the best price. After shopping around for a few months I thought buying office furniture was going to put me out of business. Then I found Garry at Bernards Office Furniture and with in a few hours at his show room we picked out everything I needed with fair prices. I have ordered office furniture from Bernards twice. Been happy with their help and recommendations. Karen H. was extraordinarily helpful from helping me pick out the pieces and choice of veneers to custom ordering pieces. After the furniture arrived, I had some issues with a custom cabinet veneer. Karen worked with me and the cabinet maker repeatedly to make things right. She always followed up on any orders, deliveries, and replacements. Simply great. Thank you.

I just got my new desk chair that I ordered through Bernards, and it is GREAT!!! I went into Bernards and was helped by Dale, who took me around the showroom and helped me pick out an ergonomic chair model that is right for me. There was a selection of models, and the one I decided on (the Via Brisbane) has a huge range of customization options. Dale ordered upholstery swatches so that I could come up with the best look for my home office, and walked me through the various options to consider. Dale was responsive every step of the way, and the chair arrived right when it was supposed to. The chair is pricier than what you will find at Staples, but the quality is better and it is customized to my exact specifications. I couldn't be happier, or more comfortable! Thanks Bernards!!!!
