We had started to look for a house in October 2020 and since Sharri Bibiyan does Iranian radio advertisements, we decided to go with them and their company BEC investments. What a mistake!!! She wasted almost 2 years of our time until today. We looked for houses outside of the budget she first gave us for almost 2 years until one of our offers was accepted to find out we can't get the loan. She kept asking for more information to extend the preapproval letter for a home purchase which was false all this time. She kept raising the preapproval amount without making sure that we actually qualify for it despite the documents we kept providing for the past 2 years. In January 2022 after a stressful time in the Covid housing market, we put an offer on a house which was accepted and paid for inspection to find out a day later that we do not qualify for the amount she kept pre approving us for. The pre-approval and the rate we were promised for almost 2 year was gone and also the house we put an offer on, the $500 inspection fee and all the stress and toll of searching for houses in this market since 2020 on all our family. We were given false information.. this is negligence. We were also promised to get the inspection fee back from them because they did not let us know in advance about the loan and kept delaying sharing what actually is going on, but we did not receive any payment.. they were just empty promises. Do not waste your time to get a mortgage from them. Very unprofessional! I hope my review saves you hassle and time.

I am beyond pleased and grateful for the work, time and dedication Sherry gave me during my home buying process. She was always extremely professional and took the time to explain every aspect of each step to me. Without hesitation, she answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable when I asked the same questions for further clarification. Sherry is extremely knowledgeable. Her experience was a huge reason I knew I was in the right hands. Sherry is kind and cares about her clients. I love my new home and I will always remember her as one of the reasons I have it. We were given false information.. this is negligence. Our personal info was also probably sold to other mortgage companies since we had to sign some papers for the credit checks and we have been getting so many unsolicited calls from unknown places because of their actions. We were also promised to get the inspection fee back from them because they did not let us know in advance about the loan and kept delaying sharing what actually is going on, but we did not receive any payment.. they were just empty promises. Nothing is truthful about this company and their employees. Do not waste your time to get a mortgage from them. Very unprofessional! I hope my review saves you hassle and time.

HANDS DOWN ! ! !BEC Investments is a very convenient, trustworthy and professional company. My husband and I met BEC several times for a loan to buy our first house. They are truly amazing staff , knowledgeable, honest and patient and listen to your needs. They explain in understandable terms. BEC made it easy to go through the process from start to finish. This was my first time with them and very happy with the service and results. Incredible company to work with! I highly recommend working with them!

I had great deals with these guys, they're awesome. Very helpful, Very professional. They got me great deal and helped me buy my first house! Shari & Bernard took care of everything from A fo Z, and they did exactly what they promised me(to take care of everything)I would definitely suggest them to all my friends, as I already did to my family as well.I love these people! Very professional and nice. They know what they're doing.

Stay far far far far away. Sherry asked for my bank statements a week ago, and she just told me to wait three or four days for an answer. Today she texted me and told me that she doesn't have time to do the loan.Stay away from this company, they are definitely not professional.

I highly recommend BEC investments Ms.Bibian is truly an angel, she worked so hard for our home's refinancing and she got the best rate for us , we worked with her and Bec Investments twice, when we were purchasing our home and also for refinancing the same home couple years later and both times she did a phenomenal job, she went above and beyond to make impossible possible. Me and my family are so grateful and appreciate her hard work and time

BEC Investments waste my time for 6 months and there was no result. They ran my credit over and over, at the end they weren't able to refinance my house. Don't waste your time with them. They couldn't refinance full documents application. They basically lie to you to drag to the end. DO IT YOURSELF AS I DID. Go to rocketmortgage.com and fill out the application for new purchase or refinance. Then someone will pick up the application and will do the job done for you. BEC equal Bogus Empty Contract. RUN A WAY!!!!!!
