This is the worst Bank I have ever worked with. My check was stolen out of my mailbox, and cashed fraudulently. The check was 2000$! I have been working with them for over 90 days, as they said the claim could take up to that long to be resolved, but still I have not been reimbursed a single dollar. They said they’re working with “higher ups” but never do anything at all to help me. I am so beyond furious.Next! I deposit 560$ into their atm. Check my online banking and not a trace of the money. I call their banking line, they said it doesn’t appear on their screen either, so I could file ANOTHER CLAIM. NO THANKS. I go into the bank, and they tell me to wait another business day, STILL NO TRACE OF MY MONEY. I went back in and they say oops!!!!! Our atm broke!!Watch your money, this bank will steal it, and not even help you.
