Was my first time visiting this location, went to pick up a foreign currency order. Parking was easy. There was a good size line (about 8 people) and two tellers. The line moved quickly and the teller woman was very nice. I forgot my debit card but she knew how to send a verification code to my phone and I was able to pick up the order. From walk in to walk out was less than 20 mins (I had a timer on my phone because my laundry machine has 30 min cycle and I was trying to do a quick bank run while the cycle was going - made it!).

Could not make a withdrawal because all of the tellers called sick. How is the manager not able to do business on the teller side or have someone from a different branch go help.

Bank of America seems to be trying to make more money by understaffing. Long waits at retail branches. Long waits dealing with back office operations people. Then they wonder why you are upset

Mojgan is very kind and helpful I was carrying my sleeping baby and she took me into office to help me so I didn't have to stand in long line. She is a great asset to the bank professional and kind.

Would give zero stars if I could. Two tellers and 13 customers waiting in line!! They are not properly staffed.

While I have often banked at this BOA location in the past and have - from time to time - experienced slow moving teller lines, it has never been as bad as what I am experiencing in my recent visits. Today, I arrived at 10:00 am and there were approximately 15 customers already waiting in the teller line and only one (1) teller working. I recognize the bank has no control of the flow of customers visiting the branch, but having one teller scheduled to assist everyone visiting the branch in unexceptionable. In addition, at no time during my 30 minutes wait did I witness any of the branch Managers or New Accounts Representatives approach the mega snaking line to offer any assistance (i.e. "anyone with a straight deposit" or "have a non cash transaction ") like I often see at other BofA branches during an in branch customer surge. Despite being overworked, the tellers at this branch are competent and somehow manage to remain extremely nice. For this reason, I am giving this branch "Two Stars" instead of the well earned "One Star."BofA must do better!!

I honestly don't know why this place has such bad reviews, I came to open a checking's account and I was done in less than 45 minutes, service was perfect, Mr. Khan worked very fast and gave me an excellent experience.

This bank actually should CLOSE. Worst customer SERVICE “always”. So sad to say I’ve been a customer of Bank of America for longer than my marriage. I opened my account in Glendale that closed in year 1980s. I picked this bank by Canoga Ave & Oxnard because it’s the closest to my place. There’s always short of staff. Sean, the manager, is very nice BUT I don’t know why he can’t hire more tellers to keep customers happy. The 2 unreasonable staff on the Cubicle offices are trained so well to apologize to unhappy customers by just saying the word, SORRY, which doesn’t bring out solutions instead to customer like me who made an appointment for 10am. These 2 employees from their cubicle offices who told me to wait an hour for Michael or for the manager, Sean, to help me, seem to be happy to get rid of me by just saying “sorry”. The 10am appointment made was for Margaret who called in sick. This bank doesn’t even have a courtesy call of cancellation before wasting 30” of my time in line. This guy from the cubicle office advised me to stay in line for the teller to help. When I finally reached the teller, the teller (8/31/22 10:20 a.m.) said she doesn’t know how to exchange foreign currency to USDollars and that she needs to help other customers behind me first and to wait for Michael, another teller, who can help me. Are these tellers trained for all transactions? Are they just high school graduate who can only do deposits & withdrawals? Very stupid untrained staff.I’ll just go to Wells Fargo Bank who has always better service and had more trained educated staffing and never say: sorry I don’t know how to do that and have to wait for the right person for an hour who can do it. Worst Customer service ever!!

This location has drastically declined in customer service. The waiting is long when you're cashing checks or deposits. Only one bank teller. This is terrible.
