The tellers are nice enough but if you need anything beyond a deposit beware. I have yet to find a Bank of America that is even marginally competent. The manager acts like he's doing you a favor by answering even the smallest question. He never seems to have the time of day for you and treats you like you work for him.Once I needed some extra help and he literally said I can't help you , you should probably call an 800 number or something. It was for a stupid checking account. I'm just waiting until my CD's mature so I can take all my money out and go to Wells Fargo

JD is hands down the best banker I've ever dealt with, he is juggling so much even though it's obvious the location needs more man power. Good job!!! Keep it up!!!!

This was my first bank when I moved to LA. They have somehow become so horrible over the years instead of improving. I called the branch today to check on my account and was told that I would have to come in to the branch in person or else be transferred to to 800#. Could not speak to a manager in the branch etc...I'm on hold for 55 minutes with customer service for a simple question. When did banking become so bad. Moving accounts to wells and Chase.

Great branch. Never any lines and everyone is very kind. Have never experienced an issue here or stood in line longer than 5 minutes.

The ATMs are horrible. Respond extremely slowly, are always out of certain bills, and one ATM can't read check the amount but the other can?

Their automatic check reader ate my check once and they couldn't get it back. No notary and the employees there are unfriendly at best. Go to any other bank location.

I went there today, only to find that this location is only open 10-4 on weekdays. No Saturday hours anymore. I do not understand the logic of this - what bank isn't open until 6 pm when people are on their way home from work? And what bank doesn't have some Saturday hours? I am SO glad I am not a B of A customer. I have a security deposit box here that was obtained about 10 years ago, through someone else who is a long-standing customer who got it for free on a promo deal. Anyhow, whatever, I will have to take a long lunch and drive there again when they're open so I can get what I need out of the box.

Every employee we spoke to have us different information, wasting a lot of our time and ultimately not leading anywhere. We first tried to deposit a tax refund via mobile, which was declined, with no email explaining that it was declined or why it was. We had to call to figure out what the email, which said "adjustment made," meant. They told us it was declined since it needed both mine and my husband's signature. I then signed in addition to him, and he went in to the bank to deposit it. At the bank, they said I needed to be rbeee in person as well, not just have my signature, though my husband explained to the teller that I was in the car watching our newborn baby. So we had to wake the baby up and I went in with him and the now fussy baby, and once again, the teller said we could not deposit our check since I was not on the account, despite my authorization. We thus wasted a lot of time, upset our baby, and were given different information by each of the three BoA employees we spoke to. That level of incongruence is unacceptable. We plan now to transfer our funds to a bank with better employee training and customer service.

Thus, (a), had we not called, we never would have known it was declined in the first place and could have thrown out the check and lost quite a bit of money - why would the email be so ambiguous? And (b) why was there no information as to why it was declined? Over the phone, they told us it was declined since it needed both mine and my husband's signature. I then signed in addition to him, and he went in to the bank to deposit it. At the bank, they said I needed to be there in person as well, not just have my signature, though my husband explained to the teller that I was in the car watching our newborn baby. Again, we were not told that I would have to be there in person over the phone. So we had to wake the baby up and I went in with my husband and the now fussy baby. But, once again, a different teller said we could not deposit our check since I was not on the account, despite my authorization. There were multiple opportunities for various BoA employees to tell us this information, and none did.We thus wasted a lot of time, upset our baby, and were given different information by each of the three BoA employees we spoke to. That level of incongruence is unacceptable. We plan now to transfer our funds to a bank with better employee training and customer service.

Carolina Martinez is the super professional! She's helped us well. Super quickly opened the new account and schedule a new appointment to open a new credit line.

Money was taken out of my bank, and then deposited back without my authorization. When I reported a claim they said “it was not fraud, and that the bank made the transactions”??? Fraud from your own bank is even worse than from an outside criminal.
