got to back at just almost 4pm to make a quick deposit... manager at the door blocking me talking to a customer, i wait to be polite... when she finally finishes talking to the lady, she tells me , no no, the bank is now closed. and shuts the door on me. what kind of business is that? can't even let one customer in at 4pm on friday? how incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Lines are always long and slow. The hours are so short as to be useless. Opens at 10 and closes at 4. Not open on weekends. Truly ridiculous.

My company money was deducted from account by someone and this bank not even see who did it!!!! As me to open new account but they don’t have enough time to serve me!!! Worst bank I ever met!!! Service terrible! Instead of helping me they ask me to find another branch…..

I was blown away how Rude the teller and manger was. I actually wanted to pull all my money out it'll and out it in Wells Fargo. I will never go back.Not how you treat customers. Really changed my opinion on BofA

I had a disappointment experience when I was there.They made me wait until it was almost closing time to tell me "we can't help you". Come back tomorrow and talk to the person that is not here. I just wish I would have been told that from the beginning instead of making me wait. So disappointing and sad.

Two tellers working at 10:00am on a Monday morning. Everyone in line was irate because of having to wait for more than 15 mins to be served.

Stop by to this location this morning 11: 1 5AM, 1 window open and only 3 on the queue, after 15 minutes, queue is getting longer. 7 BOA staff walking around as business as usual. Doesn't bother if the line is getting longer. I caught the attention one lady "Gladys" if she can open another window as customer are anxiously waiting (20 minutes) is unacceptable. She mentioned that the counter will be remodel to due to the window is no longer usable their client. She asked if i have the BOA card so i can do an online process. Why would I go inside if I don the card if I can at the comfort of my home. What excuse she can, not to open the window to cater the rest of us waiting for more than 20 minutes. Is that an excuse to remodel the counter in order for us client wait a little longer? Instead of opening your wide eyes and look why there is a queues . Gladys if your the manager do better for your BOA customer.

On Friday, March 31, 2023, I went to your branch located in the El Camino Shopping Center, 23347 Mulholland Dr, Woodland Hills, CA 91364. I waited in line and, when it was my turn, spoke to a teller, saying that I wanted to make a wire transfer. The teller told me that I should return the following week because my wire transfer would not go out until Monday (04/03/2023). I responded that the date of the actual transfer was not critical, but I needed to commence the transfer on Friday. The teller then stated it was late in the day, the bank was closing soon, and that I should return on Monday to conduct my transaction. I refused; I was physically in the bank and was not going to leave, return on the following Monday, brave a new line, just because a bank employee didn’t want to assist me. The bank teller acquiesced, based upon my insistence, and immediately handed me off to another bank employee who handled my wire transfer.The fellow who ultimately assisted me with my wire transfer was courteous, professional, and responsive. That said, the good services rendered by one bank employee does not eliminate the abysmal service rendered by a second.It should come as no surprise that bank customers recognize bad service when they receive it. Perhaps that is why the El Camino Shopping Center branch has a 2.4 ratings review. The truly scary thing is, that of all the Bank of America branches near my home and office, a 2.4 rating is the second best I saw.Bank of America’s new (?) motto: Hit rock bottom, grab a shovel, and start digging.gms

This bank always finds a way not to help you. This branch has an officious manager who is never helpful. I have borrowing and depository relations here and every time it's almost impossible to deal with them.

Been there Friday 11-25-22 and Monday 11-28 22 and they were closed both days. I then went to another branch and there were no tellers behind the counter. Someone had to go down the line with an IPad and conduct business. Something is terribly wrong.
