one of the worst company that I ever deal with.
multiple time send email and make a call to pay bil, No one reply but to send late fee they easy do that.
on my bill that is 10$ they send late fee of 15$

Very difficult to get hold of people on the phone. You are normally put on hold until either your phone battery runs down or they hang up. The billing has charged me repeatedly for things covered 100% on my insurance. I would call them to complain and they would supposedly take care of the oversight. Then next month it would happen again. I have to wonder how many elderly folks that aren't able to watch it closely might be paying twice for their stuff.The only reason I tolerate this place is that for some reason it is in my "network" so I have to go through them. If insurance ever wises up and switches, I'll be happy to try someone else.Since then they hired a wonderful lady named Mardi, I hope the spelling is correct. She is not only on top of all orders but is genuinely nice to speak with. My orders now arrive on time and no longer get “double dipped” or charged to me instead on my insurance.

I would like the company to know Gino was an outstanding customer service representative He took the time and listened and followed through with my needs. Very rude and unprofessional staff. I was billed wrongly so numerous times for something that I never even received. Very disorganized. They are never in time for sending my supplies. I always get my supplies late. I have to call the service department each time and they never return my calls after leaving them so many voicemails. Terrible service. I'm so frustrated. I've given them so many chances, but they have disappointed me each time. I am changing my supplier for sure.

I don't typically write reviews but it has been difficult to get someone on a phone call. I agree with pretty much all the other ratings too. BUT if you do get someone on the phone they are super helpful.I closed my account with them since it was easier just to buy my own machine than do go through the entire process of back and forth.

Our Technician. Her was extremely thorough. Rather than waiting me to ask a question, Marvin volunteered everything we needed to know. He was not in hurry, took his time and acquainted us with the concentrator.

My family and I have been customers with Apguard Medical since 2016. They are an excellent company who genuinely care for their clients. My father in particular required very intensive respiratory care and we couldn't have dreamed of the support and care we received, especially from the owner, Falih who is truly one of the kindest, compassionate people you could ever meet. I am now receiving care for sleep apnea. The customer support is responsive and accessible. Top notch.

It took many months of calls trying to get a CPAP - I left a series of messages and they didn't return most of my calls. Finally got back to me a number of months later, and by then I had switched employers and insurances so was out of network.

Cesar at Apguard Medical provides excellent service for my mother who is dependent on both a Bipap oxygen machine for sleeping and an oxygen concentrator for breathing during the day. Cesar treats mom like his own mother the way he painstakingly ensures her machines are at their peak performance with filter replacements, new air tubing when necessary, new humidifier bottles as needed and loaner oxygen concentrators when hers is in for repair. Cesar is a vital member of mom's care team and goes above and beyond to help mom improve her quality of life. Thank you Cesar for all the wonderful support you provide.

I've dealt with a few local DME companies now and Apguard is by far the best of the bunch. Mardi and Cesar rock!

Never answer the phone so you have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back, maybe in the same week. No online portal for ordering or paying bills. Very antiquated and poor customer service.
