Horrible service be careful they treat u nice in the beginning they made me take a loan and payed them for other services they never get back to u until u call email and leave messages after over a year I call IRS they never got nothing right be careful with David Elijah and and Quintessa I will be writing a review every week until I get my refund I went to a different company and got a lawyer taxes for the 2 years they did not correct now I have to go back and fix so be careful with this company I suggest if u r doing business with them don’t wait double check with IRS on your services

Biggest scam I've ever had happen to me. They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to settle my case except completely wasted time and charge me huge money for doing nothing. I'm so disgusted. I've hired a tax attorney to handle my case. They are still the worst ever. Nothing but liars & a complete SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM. Their "concern handler" was as much of a scam as they are. HONESTLY..... AVOID this company at all costs. It will cost you more then just their crazy HIGH fee, it will cost you years of trying to fix what they NEVER handled in the 1st place.

I reached out to Anthem to help me clear up a missed tax filing that must have been lost in the mail and not having success getting through to the IRS. I learned that lat3 fees and penalties had been adding up but my CPA was not helping me despite that this was on his watch. The team at Anthem (Kevin, Justin, and Blake) showed me huge compassion and got a hold of an IRS agent immediately with me on the phone to sort out the issue. They definitely know what they're doing and have a back channel to bypass the long waiting on the phone. I highly recommend this team to get to the bottom of things and solve your tax problems!

I appreciate this opportunity to provide feedback and a review on the primary person at Anthem, so much that I feel compelled to write about my experience. I am not one who usually will do a review and feel they have done either a really BAD job or a really GOOD job. Well, I must report that Mr. ERIC HANNAH has and continues to do a really GOOD job for me. I found Eric to be very attentive, professional, and effective as a case manager while handing my needs and tax issues. Eric is very personable and has the keen ability to set me at ease and is masterful at explaining the process and the desired results, and he knows the nuances of the tax system and the IRS. I must say that so far, I am very pleased and excited about Eric's skill set and his dealings with me. I would hope that others' experiences have been as rewarding as mine have with Eric.
