What an odd way to shop. Scan in??? Grab what you want and walk out, seems like this is testing for what’s to come.Do not support this process.

I really came to this location for the experience of the walk-in, walk-out method of shopping. I live 3 hours away in a small town so this is some cheap, easy entertainment. The process is fairly easy if you know how to work your Amazon app. Just open the in store code, scan, and walk in to grab what you want. I loved staring at all the cameras and sensors on the ceiling. Mostly everything in there were things you could find at your local convenience store. I did appreciate some of the healthier snack options. I did read previous reviews saying things were expensive, but I think that is the point in a "convenience" store. You are paying for convenience. It really was gas station prices, so idk if people thought that the multi-billion dollar corporation was going to sell things for pennies or give it away, but this is not the case. It's not a dollar tree. If you don't have these around, I would recommend checking it out just for fun and a quick snack!

I love this place. My dad loves this place! Why I love this place:- you just walk in and walk out with the things you want- you can pick up things from the locker and make easy returns- there is always parking- their breakfast muffin sandwiches are SO GOOD and priced just right- they have a pinkberry yogurt machine- they have kombucha on tap (not my thing, but still cool)- its like a quality convenience store- they have alcohol- its right off the freeway exitEverytime I visit my parents, I always come here!

Not great prices but an interesting and novel system to buy stuff. Unique adventure. I hope they get it together and bring prices down.

Not the best choice, two of my items came out of their wrapping completely squished. Hot case was basically empty at lunch time, sushi was really condensated. They really didn’t have many filling lunch options. Settled on a salad that had a tag indicating it was expired. The burrito I got ended up being expired too.. Employees were somewhat helpful.

This is HOPEFULLY the future of 7-Eleven, as far as quality products and above all, safety. You won't find any homeless and/or drunkards in there because you have to have a valid credit card to even get in the door. Their sandwich counter looks fantastic. You can buy sandwiches there for $5.00, something impossible even at Subway nowadays! I'll be back for sure to buy one, as I am a sandwich-holic. There is no cashier, you just walk in and walk out with whatever you like, mini bar style, and then your credit card gets charged for it. They do have someone monitoring the entrance in case anything might go awry with your transaction.

Amazon Go is an absolute gem! The store boasts friendly and helpful workers who brighten up your shopping experience. Conveniently located next to a vet clinic, gas station, and major intersection, it's a one-stop-shop for all your needs. We could use more stores like this, catering especially to Amazon Prime members. Embrace the convenience and exceptional service at Amazon Go—you won't be disappointed!

The location of this store is so inconvenient, I'm not sure it could thrive long-term. The corner of Ventura and Topanga sees a lot of traffic making it very difficult to turn into this Amazon Go parking lot. The lot itself has only a few spots available. Yes, it's supposed to be quick, run in with your phone and run out with your item. But are people really in that much of a hurry? There's an upcharge on each item for the convenience of speed. Couldn't you go to 7-11 and wait 30 seconds longer for 30% savings? I could do that.

I just wanted to add how much my hubby and I enjoy having Amazon Go here in Woodland Hills! It is so convenient and clean inside! We love it how we can just go in and get our food and walk out without standing in line!! Again my favorite is their Sushi and Poke! For their order to go, my favorite is still the Avocado toast!! Also we love the deals they give Amazon Prime members!!

This place is great for breakfast. My only feedback is they need to prepare the sandwiches faster. It's like 1-2 ppl there and they take their time preparing the sandwiches, literally smelling the roses. I feel like, it's a 10-20 minute wait or more. Maybe have them prepared in the hot area so we ca grab and go. For ppl rushing to get to work, this isn't a great opinion

Overpriced 7-11. Similar to why I don't buy coffee at 7-11, Amazon Go has their creamer (milk or half 'n half) only available in the little single serve pods, so you'd pollute the world to use enough creamer for 1 cup of coffee! The employees seem bored. Intense pot-smell coming from behind the deli counter. The typical convenience store shelves items were each more expensive than at 7-11 and more expensive than at the Amazon Fresh store. The entrance is strangely situated in the rear of the building, near the alley. As I walked around the building looking for the entrance, I thought maybe they had already gone out of business.
