Absolute wellness pharmacy makes very high quality and new age compounds especially for dermatology, Amir the compounding lab manager formulated an amazing anti aging cream that's far better than anything on the market. My husband used to get numbing gels from Absolute Pharmacy for his practice for years. Amir is absolutely a gem to have as a pharmacy manager.

I recently made the switch to Absolute wellness Pharmacy and I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service I received, all thanks to the lab manager,Amir from start to finish, Amir went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top-notch. He took the time to explain the compounding process and approximate time of arrival. Which I truly appreciated as it made me feel more confident and informed about my prescription. What truly impressed me was the lightening fast service. My prescription was processed and sent overnight, talk about convenience!But it didn't stop there-Amir's dedication to customer care is unmatched. He even took the extra step to follow up with me checking in on how things were progressing with my treatment. I've never encountered such a level of care and professionalism in any pharmacy before. Thank you Amir! For your outstanding service you have truly made a difference in my experience with your pharmacy.

Prices for no-name over the counter medication were excellent, but customer service was terrible. The pharmacist seemed aggravated that anyone would come into the store. Reminds me of post-soviet service: don't bother me, I am at work right now.

Bald-faced liars. I had three prescriptions to fill for post-surgical medications. My doctor called them in. When I went to pick them up the pharmacist told me they could only fill two of them because they don't carry the third medication, so I got the first two filled and left. When I got home I called my doctor for advice on what to do. She suspected they were lying to me. She called the pharmacy and then told me I could go back and pick it up in fifteen minutes. I understand being cautious about controlled substances, but they could've called the doctor when I was there to verify the legitimacy of the prescription if that's what they needed to do. Instead they looked me in the eye and lied to my face.

Disgusting. Verified with an employee that the woman I am referring to is the OWNER. Stopped by waiting for my lunch today and heard the owner (old, platinum blonde hair, black Sharpie eyebrows, neon top, cheetah print pants) yelling at a female employee and degrading her. Once she noticed me staring at her she rushed the employee out of sight/earshot. The employee was talking about how scary COVID is and the owner yells back that that's not an excuse and other things. Unfortunately I was low on time, otherwise I would've taken the time to tell her off. I would NEVER support a business that talks to their staff the way she does. Absolutely not.

I was getting acupuncture upstairs and needed a prescription refill so I came in here for the first time today. They were friendly and had my prescription ready in about 15 to 20 minutes only because the doctor forgot to write his number on the prescription. Staff was friendly and they have a very good selection of vitamins you wouldn't normally find in the pharmacy and prices were excellent. Parking can be a real b**** being that there's a dozen other businesses in the lot. Would come here again if I'm the area.

I am loyal to this pharmacy because of the service, and kindness of Amir. He's a helpful, nice and thoughtful man. The others who work there and very nice too. The personalized service is what I enjoy.

Ever since i have been using Absolute Pharmacy, i have had my prescriptions met in a very timely matter. They are very personable ,professional and caring. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to all my friends and family . They listen and show much respect.

Horrible ! I can only say that these people have no idea what they are doing and claim to be a pharmacy. I will never again take my prescription here, after a month long head ache of waiting on my medication to come in from the "inventory" only to find out they don't have the ability to dispense it

I don't know what those other yelpers are talking about but I am so glad there is a new pharmacist here. First off, I've been coming here for a few years now and have always had okay service not great but good enough. It's close to where my mom lives so I usually fill both our prescriptions at the same time. Lisa,!the new person, has been really patient with my questions about allergies and what foods are not ok to mix with certain meds. She is knowledgeable and courteous. The rest of the staff are always helpful also. I like coming here.

Their pharmacy staff has changed. Their had a different pharmacist when I went there before, and she was always pleasant and professional. Now the pharmacy department never answers the phone! I have tried to reach them for a few days and I always get a "call back during regular hours" message- even though it is supposed to be open. I am now trying to transfer my prescription to cvs, but this pharmacy never calls them back either! A business is only as good as its weakest employee!

THE WORST customer service ever!!! The only person with great Customer service is Amir, always very professional and knowledgeable. There's a new Pharmacist whom is very cold, abrupt, and doesn't have any people skills what so ever! She didn't care that I have been customer since the pharmacy opened, she refused to explain why she wouldn't fill my Husbands prescription. Businesses like this don't deserve loyal clientele, thanks to Lisa (new rude pharmacists) I will take my business elsewhere.
