I went to the AAA office in Woodland Hills for a travel package. We agreed on a set price, I put a deposit, and the price change over $2k... called the agent Sam no response, called the supervisor no response. I personally went to the AAA office to see supervisor Bridget- she refused to see me. Poor customer service, very disappointed. Buyer beware. Waiting for an apology.

Great visit today! Lillian P. Helped me out again and I got my next vacation all booked! My wife and son are gonna be so happy. Lillian was very patient and friendly. She is very knowledgeable and professional and booking my vacation through AAA was easy and stress free. Lillian is a pro and I wish more people in this world were like her! Thanks AAA and thanks Lillian... I would definitely recommend using the travel service planning through AAA.

I came in on Thursday to renew my car tags and was helped by Luis. He was very informative of all that AAA has to offer! He gave me some great camping and hiking suggestions, he even gave me a couple of free maps! Thank you Luis! Above and beyond customer service and sure definitely beats going to the DMV!

We have been visiting the Chatsworth location for over a decade. We have been a gold family member for at least 15 years? Sheri is an amazing help and my daughter and I are so thankful for all her help and guidance. They have always gone above and beyond with respectful communication regardless of what department it is.

I'm posting this story on behalf of clients of mine who asked me if I could post it for them: We can't praise AAA insurance enough - they are the very best!! We had our car insurance with Mercury and were involved in an accident that wasn't our fault. Another car crashed into our car and our car was badly damaged. Our previous car insurer, Mercury, dragged their feet and refused to fix our car. You can't make a living in L.A. without a car. So, we researched, and switched to AAA. AAA not only fixed our car, but they called us to make sure that we were ok, they also arranged for a rental car, they made sure that we have direct access to the mechanics that fixed our car, and they were on top of the file from day one till all was straightened out in our favor. We are in awe!! Not only that, AAA was half the price than our previous insurer Mercury! We highly and enthusiastically recommend AAA. They went over and above from start to finish. You can easily tell this place has a culture, no other location like this and I feel confident saying that. The staff is one big family and you see that being reflective to the customer. I get all my cars registered here and every time they do it so smooth and easy. I actually wouldn’t mind if I have a bad experience because I had one too many good experiences here, haha

Don't waste your time making an appointment at this branch because they will not honor it. I first made the mistake of booking an appointment online for notary services for literally only 2 signatures. When I arrived there, the woman who checked me in didn't even know they book appointments online, and told me to wait for 40 minutes in the queue (which basically defeats the purpose of an appointment). Secondly, based off my past experiences here (i.e. DMV registration), I should've known better to book my appointment on a Saturday morning (the busiest of days at this branch). Long story short, I ended up leaving because I planned other things to do with my family on Saturday, since you know, I thought I had made an appointment.

Definitely faster than the DMV, but a half-hour wait on a Monday morning to renew registration? The entire transaction took all of one minute once I was helped. Next time I will use the DMV kiosk at the Ralphs across the street.
