Worst service ever. Make up random excuses for their refusal to deliver packages. Website said I had moved away with no forwarding address, but I still live at the same address I have for the last 3 years. Ups always delivers packages accurately don't know why the local post office is too incompetent to handle a local delivery. When asked why they withheld the package, they said it was because of the lack of last name on the package even though they have delivered many times before.
If possible, always request ups in this area, because this post office is unable to provide adequate service to a small town like Woodlake.

Just showed up demanding a package for a neighbor we don’t have. He confronted my daughter with hostile body language. We expressed we have cameras let us know when it happen and he refused. He only gave his title “post master for woodlake” I guess this is Juan something. Didn’t show identification or have it visible, came in an unmarked car also. Stated he would refuse to deliver our mail if we didn’t return said package back. We don’t have it. Going be filing a report this is illegal!!! See they leave packages by road when it’s an active street and I’ve said where to put them. Photos of post master and my mail delivered to street while neighbor gets at door

I did not receive my bag, what do I have to do to claim it, because it appears that it was delivered and I dont receive, and no is first time..... I'm angry man. Very angry, I need talk with someone now.

Awesome place to get my passport application completed. Super painless. Fast and very agreeable. Just make your appointment online and complete the paperwork before you come. I was in and out in 15 minutes and they took my photo too.

As much As I love the US postal service and the workers, I hate how hard it is to get in contact either when you try to call or online. Ive been on the phone waiting 54 minutes and counting. You are amazing people and you work really hard but every know and then a little human contact would be great!
