This is the worst Postal Service I've ever had they've often given me other people's packages and I've had the return them and just recently they have no reason to not give me two packages that just aren't there but the USPS tracking shows is there often I'd even have to show my tracking from eBay just to get the package I know they have when they're telling me I have nothing and then they'd find it but that's not even working now. I even seen other customers have to do the same thing and come in with their tracking number showing that they have something just to get the stuff there did the staff won't get you unless you do that. When you sign up they tell you they'll send you email and text messages when you get packages they never did that once and I have to go way out of my way to prove that I even have anything there for them to give me my packages. But that doesn't even work anymore because they escalated to the point they just don't give me my stuff even with the tracking so I have no choice but to find a new place cuz they Jack two packages from me this month alone.

I went to mail out Christmas presents, after calling them to confirm ups would pick them up. I used them last year. They sent two packages to the wrong address on 2022. My family just dealt with wrong gifts. This year I tried again: I had so many things that were frustrating! First, ups would NOT be picking up even when they said would. Addresses not in computer from last year, clerk tried to send package to wrong address, I caught it, he typed and spelled names wrong, kept asking questions but not listening to answers, because he asked same questions again. He kept asking if my addresses were in his system? Said I just needed to give zip codes, he checked to see cost, but then gave back slip for me to give addresses. We were in store at least 45 minutes to do 3 packages. I received emails from FedEx saying, "I am, getting a package". So hope I don't get my 3 gifts mailed to me.

Seems like staffing might be an issue right now (June 2023)…they have reduced the hours they’re open, and aren’t necessarily open even when the temporary reduced-hours schedule says they will be. Not their fault if they don’t have the staff; just a heads up for folks trying to access them during working hours.

Beautiful. It was perfect. From the setting, the customer service, and the access to this is a blessing. I came in the morning and this employee greeting me with a nice welcoming. I forgot to bring a box so I decided to buy one from their store. The employee realized it was too big for what I was planning on shipping on which he accommodated me for a smaller and less pricey box. 10/10 will definitely recommend. ??

I've had nothing but positive experiences here! When I needed help with information to put on my packages or return packages, I was always courteously helped out! Will definitely be going back to this place for all of my postal work!

I visited Goin Postal recently for its digital fingerprinting service. There was only one woman running the shop at the time, and she seemed to be helping 3-4 people at once. She was polite, efficient and an adept multi-tasker. Everyone was in and out fast. And my goodness was Woodlake beautiful with all the new snow on the peaks!

I live in Visalia and My company in Lemoore required me to come here for fingerprinting. I thought why Woodlake of all places? It seemed out of the way to me. So glad I did. As a Veteran I connected immediately with the veterans running this business. We probably talked for 45 minutes easily. Can’t wait to go back.

Terrance and Angie are the best! Amazing service I had been transferred to 4 different locations each 45-50 minutes apart no one wanted to help! But Terrance and Angie helped me non stop on the phones and when I got there! Good people are hard to come by these days and I'm glad I met them! Thank you both!
