“This is a nice store with polite people - from the cashier to the pharmacist.However on my last two visits the store was out of an item I was seeking. This time the ice cream cones were out of stock. On my previous visit (several weeks earlier) the ice cream flavor we like (chocolate fudge brownie) was out of stock.Wait a minute.....did my heart doctor call ahead and advise your people to tell me you were out?”
