The property is but a shell of its former selfThe management is sub-par and biased in their actions. Plumbing is terrible. Yet despite this, the tenants are upbeat and cheerful.

Lodi Lake Mobile home park does not look nothing like these photos, this place is falling apart and owners/management does not care. There are unregistered vehicles all over the place an for a 55+ park we have lot's of small children. They raise the rent an tenants are fixing Lodi Lake Mobile home park up themselves why raise our rent. We need help from these slum lords. Help
