“I've been to this location for years now. The employees are courteous. What I love the most is that they're open late. Even on weekends. It's very convenient for those of us who work so much and can't find the time to come in. With the atm jnside raleys.. I feel safe. I do my grocery shopping & banking here. It's perfect. “Wow, super Great team that they have at this Branch. I went to deposit a check made out to me and Lexus Financial from progressive insurance on an insurance claim after being denied at another Bank of America Branch (March Lane Plaza). The other branch made it seem as if I was committing fraud. They wouldn't accept the check because it was endorsed from Toyota Motor Credit (my financing company owner) and not Lexus financial but what I kept saying is that Lexus is owned by Toyota as Acura Financial is owned by American Honda Credit (Honda). It was like I was talking to a child. Even went up to speak to their branch manager. They remembered me from last time which was the worst of it all when I went to deposit the check from my insurance but because I'm still financing they made it out to me and my finance company so I needed to have it endorsed by the Finance company which I didn't so they called me back told me to pick up the check because it not was endorsed. No problem, took it back paid $30 to overnight the check to get endorsed. Waited nearly 2 weeks for the check to come back to me but this time endorsed ready for deposit. Went back to the March lane branch and they said they couldn't deposit because of the finance company mistakenly endorsed it as Toyota and not Lexus. Mind you after explaining everything for over an hour they would not overturn their decision to not deposit the check. Also, they almost missed an endorsement stamp the first time I went as I had already got a receipt for my deposit and they called me back later. So something they are doing is wrong. However, after leaving unsatisfied with their service I came to the Benjamin Holt location. They did their due diligence and verified the check was in fact valid. They even went as far as checking it with the manager or branch manager. I was out within minutes. No hassle. No headache. Very easy streamline process they have here. Very professional, organized, and thorough with what they do here. These people deserve raises and promotions at the Benjamin Holt Branch. Maybe a few of them should go be branch manager at the March lane branch so they can properly show and train their staff to be competent and professional. Also, as I was leaving one of the managers who was not dealing with me, I would assume the one that ok'd my deposit, said "Have a great day Erik". I stood frozen caught off guard as to how caring they are with their clients and how they make you feel like a friend not a customer. It was almost as if I knew them for years but this is the first time I interacted with them. They make your banking experience feel personable. I replied "thank you, you as well". Keep up the great work Benjamin Holt Branch team. I wish you many raised and promotions to come. I can't thank you enough!”

“Best credit union out of them all. I had Golden 1 for five years until unfortunately my account was closed for being overdrawn at no fault of my own. At that time, times were hard and I only made about $250 a week at my job. I couldn't afford to drive my car that's how bad it was! I had a couple of bills that I forgot to cancel so they overdrew my account and I just didn't have the means to cover the funds. But I love this bank and will be coming back again one day.”

“I came in first thing in the morning when they just opened , was greeted with the Upmost respect from the branch manager I believe she was, I forgot her name , and then almost immediately Nancy called me over to start my bank acct she was so nice and understanding she made my first experience at BOA amazing . I was in there for no longer then 15 minutes she was super fast and answered every single question I had . And emailed me after the visit letting me know if I had any other questions or in the future needed assistance I can make an appointment with her , very professional and accommodating. Thank you for the best first impression BOA staff y'all where amazing !”

“This Save Mart location can be found in the same plaza as Taco Bell and Rite Aid with plenty of parking. When I come up to Lodi, this is the location I usually will shop at. The staff that my husband and I have interacted with have been very friendly on each visit. What I love most about this market is the gigantic sandwich special they have. This large submarine sandwich can easily feed 8 people that is pretty meaty and only cost $8.99- $10.99 (it varies when they have a sale). I also love some of the premade salads in the deli section (and the employees behind the counter can give you a sample if you wish to try any before making a purchase). After making several purchases here since earlier this year, we were highly recommended by an employee to download the app and sign up for a free loyalty account. Each time you make a purchase, you earn points which can be redeemed for money off your purchases. Also they have a special in which you can get a free item that is featured every Friday with your loyalty account each week. This store is pretty clean and does have cart wipes at the front of the store. Overall, has been a positive shopping experience every time I've shopped here and will continue to when I am in town.”
