1. Often very challenging to communicate with Mark. He prefers texts and seems bothered to answer the phone or call you back.2. Days and times for visits very approximate. Often late or last minute changes to commitments. 3. Claims to not care what brand of equipment you want to use, but very often tries to sell his own brands that he wholesales and marks up with healthy margins. Better deals to be found directly, especially sales online. What you may save with his labor you will pay for in other areas like components, speakers.4. Very messy-- left plastic colored wire casings he stripped in order to connect wires to devices. Especially messy/garbage left where not easily seen by you.5. Unprofessional quotes, invoicing, collecting payments. Avoid the mental stress. Cannot recommend.

Mark has installed several TVs and Sonos audio throughout my home in west Marin. He is always a pleasure to work with and is extremely responsive to any and all technical issues.Living and working in rural west Marin can have its challenges with connectivity during weather related outages and I've leaned on Mark to make sure I have strong Wi-Fi throughout my home for Zoom, Teams and other internet dependent meetings. Mark takes care of things extremely fast and on budget.I cannot recommend him enough.He also sells all major AV products such as speakers, TVs, Sonos etc.

I've known Mark for many years and he has helped me on many audio video projects. There is nothing Mark can't do. He knows the latest technologies and installation processes. Very transparent and fair on pricing. He's the only guy I will use when it comes to my homes.

Mark set up my home theater with a new amp. Everything sounds better and works better. He set up the ATT control to turn on the amp, the TV and the sound with one click. He upgraded my Airplay system. Today I was listening to Robben Ford in my car; when I came into the house I clicked on the phone as instructed by Mark and the Home System blazed on. Truly terrific. Mark is a true professional. He is the best Home Theater installer in this area.

This is an usual review, as Mark the We'll Install It guy, actually didn't come out and do any work for us.I called him, told our connectivity problem, and he talked me through how to resolve the problem.Wouldn't take any payment, so the least I can do is highly recommend him here!
