I have had nothing but problems in attempts to coordinate services for my Father's healthcare needs. with an ROI in place. His medications is like pulling teeth to get them called in and the staff appears uncaring by how they speak and treat us.

Called for appt.for my 85yr old mom in May and they tell me she can't be seen till Sept. What's wrong with this picture.
