We went into the Winton store to get a new phone and switch out another line. Anita's was able to answer all our questions and help us in make the best choice for our family. She absolutely went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Excellent customer service and patient. Including to ask us if we needed help with anything else. Very friendly and gave us all her attention. Thank you Anita.

Worst customer service and experience they were all just hanging around. I went to simply change phones but keep the same number but right away I was told they couldn't because the phone wasn't supported. So we said OK. And I went to the one in Livingston and right away within 5-10 minutes we had it connected.
