My fiance was in a serious auto accident on freeway last Thursday, we got a business card from the tow truck driver and today tried to retrieve her property. They have been rude from the jump! I called and tried to ask them to allow me to get her stuff, but the Manager has been roadblocking us ever since. My fiance is injured, she and my 13 yr old daughter went down there and attenpted to retrieve her belongings and the yard it is inhospitable and inaccessible for most people, let alone an injured person who was just involved in an auto accident.I called back to speak with the owner and was quickly told I am no longer allowed on property and never given the owners number, and hung up on!How in this day and age are people allowed to treat consumers this way? Also, they charged $280 for this tow when the prevailing tow is around $80 on average? What a scam and a rip off!They should call themselves "Allways Blowing," because they have blown nothing but smoke in our direction. True story..

This place is TERRIBLE !!! They will over charge you and damage your vehicle !!! They damaged my car and said I had to report it to CHP, I contact CHP and they say they can’t do anything about it. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !!! STAY AWAY !!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!Service: Car towing

This company is a joke!!! Manager Alejandra was rude, disrespectful, and hung up on my wife and I when we were just trying to obtain information about our towed car.Terrible terrible company.

They suckWorse place ever.....they lie so they can rip you off $70 a day for storage & when you show up at 445p on a Friday to pick up your mains car,the lying lady in the office says signatures don't match,even thou u just came from the police station with the proper paper work.....just to make u wait until Monday & get an extra $210 in storage fees

Dealt with them 3 times and all 3 times have been well appreciated!!! This 3rd time was today. The drive was polite and careful with my truck. Very well talented to do the job. Of course I would recommend and call again.

These people also own TNB Towing which is literally right beside it. That company doesn't have a yelp for some reason. But I tried calling them and they kept hanging up on me. You can literally hear talking in the background for a few seconds and they hang up. This is why towing companies get a bad rep. Because of employee's and owners that do this kinda crap.
