The weekday management here is the worst! I believe her name is Erin. Due to loosing my clients due to covid I have been packing to move and happened to deliver my cash payment after 5 on the 10th of the month (the last day of the grace period). Mind you I have never been late with payment. I called the next morning to ensure that my payment was received to be told that it was considered late and I owe the late fee. Since day one of renting the unit the door has been broken and not allowing me to utilize the front two feet of space in the unit. I told the management about this issue and it has never been taken care of despite my monthly reminder to them. They just don't give a care about their customers, period. It appears their attitude is 'somebody will rent the units' regardless of their ugly, rude and unprofessional manner. They also take a $50 deposit and the grounds around the units stay filthy with debris. Additionally they require you to provide proof of renters insurance which cost another $100. I am done with this place. If I could rate them a minus 10 I would.

Most of the units flood and you will have your unit broken into and get ripped off. Watch out for this place.

Prices keep going up and their is no security! There was just a break-in on many camp trailers/motor homes and they didn't even take the time to notify anyone!!! We learned that this happened via Facebook post from someone who had gotten their trailer broken into. Going to start looking for a new place I guess...
