1 Main St, WintersThis is our favorite local restaurant. The food is always fresh and seasonal, and service is quick. We don't eat out often, and when we do, we want it to be worth it--PCC is definitely worth it, every time. We've also had multiple family celebration dinners here over the years, and there was something for everyone (although they don't have vegan options, and I wish they carried more vegetarian options). If you're reading this, PCC, please carry more vegetarian food and consider at least one vegan option for each menu! There are a lot of us out here!

128 E Grant Ave, WintersDecided to give this place a try, and let me tell you, it was worth it. Came in on Sunday with my family. My husband got the Molcajete, I got the Camarones a La Cora, and my daughter got 1 taco which came with frijoles, and arroz. For drinks we got two micheladas, and 1 water. Everything was very delicious! Service was great, our waiter was very nice and friendly :) Recommended to family & friends, will be coming back soon!
