Bella Boutique had exactly what I wanted to wear for a day in Napa! I purchased a beautiful Empire waist tri color sundress & the perfect wide brim straw hat. I tried several shops and fell in love with the quality of clothing, accessories, purses & hats at Bella:) Fantastic customer service!

Went to Winters this weekend, had lunch and then visited this cute boutique!! Enjoyed chatting with Dillan, and looking at all the beautiful items inside!Definitely worth a peek, and very friendly too ?

Dillan is awesome, he's funny and super helpful. Help me picked out the perfect unique gift for my wife. Love this little store in downtown winters. All the jewelry and trinkets are so unique, highly recommended!
